Something between an apartment and a hostel. If there was a sink in the kitchen it would have been almost a hostel equipped. Friendly, quiet and clean space with easy access to the tram station. About thirty minutes from the center of Vienna. The cost of the stay in March was very reasonable and it was a good place for a family of three who had the experience ofstaying in a hostel.

There was no proper sink in the kitchen which was a bit inconvenient. The hot water stopped working one day and we had to take the cold shower instead. We wanted to use the bathtub but were afraid of running out of hot water so we couldn't. The rooms were not that soundproof so it lacks a certain privacy for couples if the apartment is being shared.

The location was very good, also it was very clean. The room was a bit congested but it was manageable.

we booked a room for 3 persons, and we had the third bed very bad , not even a Sofa bed, the matratze was very thin direct to a metal bed support. it was no kitchen as in the pictures, we had to wash the dishes on the bathroom.

Hot water only last 15 min and it is needed 4h to have hot water again. It could be a problem when a lot of people want to take a shower at the same time. But when we stayed there , we are 5 people and luckily I never had this problem.

It was easy to find very close to many places with transportation. The room was very clean. The owner is a fantastic person, friendly and welcoming. He provided the things what i needed. I am grateful to meet Sam.

Boiler for hot water - 4 people showering can't get enough of hot water. Also slightly wierdly locked shower head without posibillity of moving it much. Both issues are possibly caused by ongoing reconstruction of the apartment. Overall great accomodation, would give 9.5 if possible.

Video surveillance in the kitchen was making us uncomfortable. The check-in instructions would be probably the best to send one day before the check-in (we got 2 hours before check-in after asking for it proactively). One has to pay for the towels extra fees, which for me was a surprise , since I was not able to find this info in the app (yes there is a section about extra services, but the towels were not mentioned there). Maybe this information is visible via web version. The street is very noisy, but the windows are soundproof. The wardrobes are dirty inside on the lower section.

The kitchen, it was very clean almost everywhere. The windows are soundproof which is very good, since the apartment is on the noisy street. The tram station is very close , although it takes around 20-30 minutes to get to the city center. The supermarkets are also very close.

long story short. this stay was the WORST stay of my life. I have never been treated the way the owner treated me. I left the apartment keys inside at 12:30 am. something I wasn't planning, it was an accident. called the owner, he didn't have any extra keys on the facility, I was the only one there, I had 10 percent battery, no money on me, no passport, and the area is not a good one. he basically hang up on me, said "get a hotel room for a night, its your fault, I'm not in the city. he literally hang up on me while I needed help. how am I supposed to get a hotel room without money/passport and by my self at 1 am? I was incredibly scared. HE was the worst person, didn't really cared, I was outside of the apartment until one of the girls came. when I turned on my cellphone I find out he had canceled the booking, so I wouldn't leave a bad review. SO shady, cero empathy, cero customer service. do not stay here, because it might be cheap but if you really need help, then you are screwed. I truly wish this happens to you someday so you can see how you made me feel. save yourself the bad time and go to a hostel it hotel, you don't really want your stay in Vienna to be like this. also beds are really close to each other, it was uncomfortable. I suggest you learn how to treat customers, and canceling the booking didn't work because I'm here leaving this review. ☺️

I liked the bed. It was firm. The place was clean. I could easily reach the director of the place when I needed. It was literally seconds away from the tramway stop and around ten minutes from the subway station.

First we were given the wrong address. The owners were not reachable both before and after arrival. There was no staff present, nor any instructions for self check-in. After navigating to another address, we ended up in a sketchy hallway where a couple of men (we are not sure who they were) tried to help us get a room. In the end, a Turkish speaking man somehow turned out to have the keys to the hostel (?!). After roughly two hours, he got us into a room well-past midnight. The next morning however, we were woken up by what we think was the cleaning lady, who quite invasively asked us 'why we were here' as we were still in bed. After explaining our story to her, she ended up giving us bedsheets and let us be. But then, over the next couple of days, the Turkish man kept texting us that we had to 'move hostels'/'come to his hostel', and kept setting deadlines for us to 'move out'. In the end, we insisted on staying and did spent all of our nights in the same dormitory. It was a rather stressful experience though, definitely not recommended.

Facilities were fine. Clean enough and everything we needed was there.
