Home owner is so nice and helped me to solve one problem. He always replied and provide us with our needs. The hostel very clean and there are comfortable kitchen room. So you can cook food for yourself

Mostly the place needs more helping hands/support staffs to manage lot of guests. But hope it will overcome that shortage soon

Sam is an incredible host! always available to help and super friendly, he was always on touch and helped us a lot with the explanation of the area and how the underground works, where was the supermarkets and everything! the apartament had everything we needed to cook and the beds were confortable, outside was very cold but when you enter the apartament was very warm

Place already need a little bit of renovation, fridge door was a bit broken, so as one of my hangers. But for the price I paid these were just minor inconveniences.

Nice location, supermarkets, trams and metro really not far away. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen have all utilities you need. I never had to wait for the shower.

Second stay, and it will certainly not be the last. Good location, very comfortable room and bed (and very very well heated - definitely something to consider with current below zero temperatures), friendly and caring staff, and a full kitchen available. And unbeatable prices, too.

Nothing, really, everything was nice, and staff is fantastic.

Lovely little hostel, very clean, kitchen is rather well equipped for a hostel one, staff is exceptionally helpful and accomodating. Rooms are nice, beds very comfortable. Large locker with key provided for things. Would definitely recommend, and plan to return should I need a place to stay in Vienna again.

Everything was OK

Very clean, warm, cozy place in a quiet district. Shops, public transports are 5min to reach. We came early, but checked in without problems. Sam is one of the most hospitable hosts we have ever met. On the first day we got all the useful information from him. Will come back with pleasure.

I had issues checking in and after speaking to other guests, it seems like this isn’t an isolated experience. I filled in my estimated arrival time when I made the booking- between 11pm and 12am. I also sent a message when I was on the way to the hostel as requested in a message from the hostel. I never received a reply. I reached around 12am and the front door was locked and there was no one around. I waited and by a stroke of luck, someone staying at the hostel was coming in. She let me in but we had no idea which room I was supposed to be in and I had no key. I ended up spending the night in her room (even though it wasn’t the room type I booked and she had no obligation to help) and waiting half the next day for someone from the hostel to give me a key. If I hadn’t bumped into the hostel guest, I wouldn’t have been able to enter the apartments at all. It’s really important messages are answered and check in is scheduled since arrival time is indicated when the booking is made.

Lockers are big which is great. There are two fridges and a small cooking area.

The biggest disandvatage was only one bathroom for several people, at lest 7 or even more.

In this price category very good offer. I met lot of young travellers from all around the world. Also, owner of the hostel was very nice. Good location near metro stop. Bed was also comfortable.
