The towels are old Signs are in German, they barely speak English There are raised levels randomly throughout the hotel which are not signposted (safety hazard) The reception staff didn’t let us know we should look for a reserved table under our name so we got a lady coming and commenting that we aren’t seated right first thing in the morning One of the pillows was dirty The breakfast was nice, but it was gone immediately

The room was overall ok, we had an equipped kitchennette so that’s nice. The bathroom is segmented, the toilet - shower - sink area are different areas and this is good for couples

It is not a complain, but the fact that one can only reach this place by car. There is a path to hiking road from there, but every attraction is far away. You can reach only one restaurant by foot.

It was our second stay and Everything was fine. The beds are comfortable, breakfast is good enough. There was no noise. Guests can ask to heat sauna and there is a room with toys for kids. Overall very good impressions for short stay.

The room was very comfortable and much bigger than expected. The beds were nice and there was even a kitchen area with all equipment in the room. Breakfast is served as buffet with very good choice of food. We definitely want to come again for longer stay!

Location, room size are fitting to our needs. Sauna and wellness facilities are excellent after whole-day ski to relax the body. Breakfast is very good as there are plenty of selections of any kind.

First of all, the bed matresses were just awful! They should have already been replaced long ago. There was an occassional foul odour in the air outside the building; It might have been manure from a nearby field, but I suspect a more permanent sewage problem. Only 2 of the staff were able to communicate in English (only the basics). And only 2 of the staff were smiling and eager to assist (not the same 2). Arrived to find only a piece of paper with a key on a desk. An acknowledged request for a cot was not fullfilled and we had to play pantomime with a cleaning lady to get it. Parking is a hit & miss with, albeit, plenty of spaces but some of them being completely in the dark which makes unloading kids and their stuff impossible. The elderly couple that seem to be related to the owners and were at the premises most of the time during the day were rather rude. Not even saying hello or good morning (I was saying it in German). Breakfast would have almost nothing left by 8:30am. Sometimes, not even cheese or ham slices for a sandwich. Having 2 small kids means we were always going around that hour and we were consistently disappointed. One day that we managed to go early, we saw what it was supposed to look like but they claim they serve breakfast until a lot later, so, they should refill the buffet at least with stuff that can go back in the fridge.

It's 5' walk from big super markets and 10' drive from the Kaltenbach cabins. The room was spacious and large enough for kids to play. The cleaning lady was very kind and tried to accommodate for the mistakes that were made.

Beautiful place with nice outdoor yard, which is kids friendly. The apartment was fully equipped as well as the kitchen. Apartment balcony was a perfect place for relaxation in front of the valley and mountain views. Breakfast served was rich and tasty.
