Breakfast buffet was okay but the option for an omelette to be cooked for you was a disaster. I cannot recall ever having such a bad omelette. Both mine and my wife's was dry, burnt and lacking in Bacon and cheese. Dinner was good but choice on the menu was limited which could cause a problem for some. Glad we only eat there for 2 dinners.

The view from the room and restaurant was excellent. Bedroom a bit stark, cold and corporate for us.

The location of the hotel is ideally located near the CBD & train station, with a short walk into old Innsbruck. Our room was spacious & modern but the view of the mountain stood out! Wow! The roof top bar also great and we enjoyed a few cocktails, whilst watching the sunset over the mountains.

we stayed separately as we requested the connected rooms as we were with children , the reception staff informed us it all reserved but one of our rooms was with the connect door but the next room was reserved for another gust , our problem could be solved if the staff were more helpful , and I asked for the connected confirmed while booking but they did not reply .

The sofa bed was way too hard to sleep on, even for a child. Had to ask for a replacement repeatedly, which was eventually taken care of by the cleaning lady who was very nice and understanding.

View is exceptional. Location is superb - right in the middle of the city center. All major sites, grocery store, restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and clean, so was the bathroom. Parking garage right below the hotel.

Fridge in the room has the light on when the door is closed and light off when the door is open. During the night the light from the glass door of the fridge strikes you directly in the eye as it is a the level of the bed. The water from the shower leaks into the room. It seems a general problem, other people where complaining about the same think at the receptions during check you. At breakfast, the staff bumped into my chair many times trying to arrange a table next door, an other one getting items out from under storage under display tables, and so on... the I think there were too many staff from the hotel in the breakfast area

Beautiful view from our room. Good small boutique hotel. Staff was very accommodating. They even changed our room for a minor issue. It's very close to the metro, to a mall and there are some good cafes right below. Had a very comfortable stay in this hotel.

Menu was short and unimaginative, especially the restricted menu on Sunday and Monday. No Irish coffee’s! Rooms weren’t cleaned very well and low lighting.

Close to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. Room was simple, comfortable and clean. Floor to ceiling windows are an interesting touch, but obviously the view depends on which floor you're on and which side of the building, not to mention the weather! Fab view from the bar and breakfast room at the top of the hotel, and the breakfast service was efficient, with a good selection in a small space. Very kind server made a point of clearing a window table for us when there were plenty of other tables available - started the day off very well.

There wasn't space in the underground car park under the hotel even though we only had one car but two hotel rooms. First come first serve I think.

The room could of been cleaner as there was quite a bit of dust still on shelf’s. The blackouts did not work well. Sinks were missing plugs and some of the fittings old and tired. Coffee and tea was not refilled even after asking.

The view from the room was amazing with great view of city and mountains.

The room itself was spacious with amazing views but was SO hot, (even though we’d switched all heating and fan off) couldn’t sleep, asked reception about it but not much help.

Location was great, fabulous roof terrace with great views, huge selection of foods at breakfast. Great sized shower with lots of shelves and hooks.
