A little more warmth from check in staff would have been appreciated. Some info on breakfast even though it wasn’t included in our rate. The walls on hallway (9th floor) looked a bit tired.

No service in Hotel - It smells bad in the elevator / clean the room / do not change some infections in the bathroom (such as other soaps) the reception staff do not speak English and it is difficult to deal with them / GYM is far from the hotel. And this is one of the most important things that every guest needs NO IRON in the room , having one IRON ONLY IN RACH FLOOR ..

Parking is not easy around the hotel area.

Close to the central train station of Innsbruck, a little bit far from the old town, but not too far. Like 20 minutes walking distance. Nice modern hotel with good mountain views from all rooms.

It's a downside that the windows cannot open, it is a shame in a town like Innsbruck. The ac was a bit hard to adjust, it was a bit cold in the room.

Breakfast, room, view... were great. Service is amazing. We asked for an extra chair and got it, one time I went to the restaurant and wanted to buy some bread and they were very kind to provide it free of charge. In general the staff is super kind and nice.

A lot of people smoking in front of the hotel lobby main door. Car parking cost a lot, there is no free car parking for hotel guests. shortage of facilities, there is no trash bin or tissue box in the room. Bed sheet, pillow, and blanket seems to be old and has lint.

It's amazing the view of the city and mountains, this hotel is underrated. and there are close by shops and restaurants, parking garage easy access to the rooms and fast. Curved glass around the room makes it enjoyable time to stay, also the room is big.

Air-con wasn’t working so room was quite warm even in the evening. Wi-Fi was slow slow as to be useless

Great Hotel in excellent location. Staff very helpful. Innsbruck was a great location for a short break. Didn’t avail of breakfast so can’t comment, but the bar and staff were very good.

Trendy design, cool bar , service orientated professional staff from reception, and up to the bar on the 12th. Staggering views, great drinks, fabulous atmosphere. My own room was hugely satisfying - comfortable, well ewuipped and fabulously quiet.

Fantastic view from the room, just few minutes walking distance to Innsbruck Central Station. Nice spa, with fantastic view of tyrolean Alps if only this hotel add infinity pool or jacuzzi in their facilities, that will be great experience for the traveller.

The views from this hotel are stunning! You must visit the rooftop bar too. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful. It is well located and I’d definitely come back.

One of my worst experiences ever in Europe, the location is very bad they tell you it’s has a view but the view on the train station and its very loud at night you can’t sleep well, besides the bad bed they have it’s not good for more than one person at all and also they have small blankets it’s looks like children blankets , and some employees are not professional at all they laugh at you and say gibberish words in their language because you are from different nationality

From the moment we arrived, with very friendly welcome to the moment we left-this was an excellent experience. Central location. The views from our floor were incredible, very comfy bed and pillow. Breakfast was sensational. Room service dinner was wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Dirty floors. Dust bunnies everywhere and dried liquid spills with thick dust stuck to it by the bed were rather disgusting. Throw rug was very dusty and paper cutouts were underneath it. Besides the dirty floor, all other surfaces were clean

Staff were great. Location excellent. 9th floor views of the city and mountains were awesome. Coffee maker and tea pot were very nice to have.

It has a fantastic central location next to the railway station and bus station. Within walking distance of the old town and cable car station. The jewel in the hotel is the rooftop bar and restaurant with the most amazing views of any hotel I have stayed in.

If you sleep light, you can hear the trains and the trams, but they won't shake you out of bed.

I was there on a birthday and they prepared a slice of cake with a candle in the room. I t was really nice of them. Also, the room had a nice view to the mountains.
