The hotel is sold very well on the internet making it look like it is up in the hills etc, in reality it is at the lowest point of the town and on a busy junction

Absolutely nothing, I have never visited such an uninviting hotel with such rude staff.

lack of services - no laundry, no lounge. Rooms were WAY TOO HOT! turned off the heater, but could not keep rooms cool enough to sleep. rooms were extremely tight/small...had three of them. No access to simple items like water/coffee/coke/snacks/toiletries, etc - either had to order room service or spend $30/head for breakfast just to get coffee. Spa was co-ed, but that seems more typical of Europe.

The tv was a bit old, without YouTube or Netflix just with the local channels, because of the language barrier we couldn’t enjoy it. It would be nice to have the fridge and small coffee Maschine in the room

TV was not ‘smart’, for a modern hotel you’d expect this, when we had down time we really would have liked to be able to use the TV. Our tissue box and shampoo/body wash was empty when we checked in, it took until day 3 for it to be replaced even after we asked at the front desk. Only two sachets of instant coffee and sugar which were not replaced daily!

Great view, large room, large bathroom, great view at the bar! Spa was great, two saunas and a steam room.

Room was excellent with awesome surrounding views of mountains and city. Full height windows with 200 degree panoramic views. Top quality with top finishes. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Close to shops and train station.

This is one of the best hotels on our long European journey. We absolutely loved Adlers Hotel! It takes your breath away, once you enter your room. I bet every room in this hotel has gorgeous view of mountains and city (like it is on your palm). Room is spacious enough,large bathroom with shower. Breakfast selection and quality of products are also one of the best we had in hotels in Europe. It is pure comfort and relaxation. It is a very short walk from train station. We would want to come back for sure!!!

Stunning view from our room on the 11th floor and a gorgeous room to go with it. We had the spa all to ourselves and watched the sun set from our loungers.

The hotel staff was very unprofessional. I know checkout time was 12 but normally when front desk calls they say you can extend to 2pm but in this hotel they wanted me to pay 10euro for additional 1 hour. I don’t know which hotel does this specially when they charging so much. Location was pathetic because it’s not in the city and again in booking.com it shows in the city. I really suggest booking.com starts validating their details instead of just making money and showing wrong details on their app.

Nothing to like about the property. There’s no parking and worst thing in Europe is that you need to pay for parking even if you a are hotel guest. No one helps with luggage. The prices are so high and there’s no service what so ever. In booking.com it shows 4 star and the hotel staff told us that’s wrong and there are not 4 star. I guess booking.com staff need to validate their policies on showing the hotel stars correctly. As a customer I book from booking.com thinking information shown is correct but the staff clearly told us that’s booking.com problem they showing 4 star. It was a very bad experience.

The dark brown room was far too hot and the air conditioning didn't cool it. The towels were small, there were no shower caps. Water and coffee etc were not restocked. No minibar. It was very expensive for what was provided.

Amazing view. Good sauna and steam room. Very good breakfast.
