This was not the first time I have stayed at this place and was not the last! The whole hotel has an amazing vibe, friendly staff, super clean rooms. The kitchen is excellent. Will get back there several times every year, for sure!! Thank you for the lovely experience 🤗🥳🤩

It was a real pleasure to stay there. The staff was excellent, just like the hotel and the room itself. We have stayed at a studio room with Mum, it was comfortable for the 2 of us, and also super clean. The condition of the room was also perfect. We had dinner in their restaurant both evenings and it was the best idea. I am very thankful for everyone there to make our stay so delightful.

Jacuzzi wasn’t so clean and Finnish Sauna wasn’t hot enough.

Extremely clean and cozy rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and a lovely lady at the reception even provided us with bottles of water for our hiking trip. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of egg dishes, and the coffee was simply amazing! Unlike the typical hotel coffee machines with powdered milk, they made real barista coffee. While the sauna was enjoyable, the Finnish sauna wasn't as hot as expected (only 60 degrees), possibly indicating it was already turned off. Additionally, the jacuzzi wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but the aroma cabin and steam sauna were delightful. Overall, the hotel boasts a strikingly beautiful and atmospheric ambiance.

This was one of the most beautiful vacations. The atmosphere in the hotel was magical including the garden and pool area. Rooms had great view to the lake and it was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy glass of wine. As well the beach at the lake was very nice. We enjoyed the most swimming in the pool and having drinks from the pool bar - the staff was exceptionaly nice.

Prices on their website are significantly lower. Upon checking I wanted to book directly but it was no possible (some bug on their website that I could not press a button). I then emailed them but never got a reply. I ended up booking through booking.com and paying ~139e per night where on their website the price was ~90e per night. I did get a nicer room with a balcony but it was definitely not worth the extreme hike in the price in comparison. Spa is VERY old - if you want to come here to use the spa you will be disappointed.

Room was fantastic, with a great sized bedroom. Breakfast served on the terrace was a fairy-tale-like! Also, the pool area and the pool itself are wonderful.

Weiner Schnitzel was very very thin and had very little taste despite being puffed up with a not very exciting covering to look magnificent. Fairly limited menu The village had very little going for it with not many places to wander to, but that is not the fault of the hotel

Room fine. Building is typical Austrian outside, swimming pool small but lovely. Terrace lovely. Food on the expensive side, but quite good. Breakfasts very good. One of the largest wine lists I've ever seen.
