We missed having either sausages or bacon and sweet pastries for breakfast, but that was just a minor issue.

We stayed at this hotel twice a week (Feb 25), each time for one night, and found it reasonably priced. Located on the edge of the village, the hotel is quiet and peaceful despite being close to the road. Our room keys and a hotel map were ready for us at the reception, making check-in quick and convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and took excellent care of us. Breakfast was delicious, featuring good coffee, fresh pastries, and eggs made to order.

I went with my baby and my husband. I gave birth a month ago and we wanted to do something during Christmas period as a family. I got sick immediately after I went back home While we were there I was complaining to my husband that the room is cold all the time. Unfortunately, in front of the radiator was a big furniture with the television on it which I believe was the problem. It was covering the radiator which means that the room was always cold. The toilet was even colder. So,i caught a cold. Maybe they should check what they can do with it and fix this issue

Staff was very helpful, check-in was easy and even when restaurant closed some time ago, drinks were available for guests. Rooms were ok for money, breakfast classic Austian, a good one.

The bathroom is a little small and would probably need renovating. As mentioned previously, more varied breakfast would be better. However, this did not bother us as we only stayed one night. Overall, we liked the place very much.

The host was very very helpful and welcoming. We arrived very late in the evening and she had left us a message on the door with clear instructions in English about how to get into our rooms. She was also very easy to reach and communicate with prior to our arrival. The rooms are recently renovated and very cozy with a modern design. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was nice, with a beautiful view of the mountain. Probably because we were almost the only guests, breakfast was quite limited. However, we liked it and it was enough to get us going. The area around the Lodge is beautiful - easy to reach by car, but in a beautiful foresty area with a lovely hike trail starting right outside the door. A beautiful place with lovely owners! The location is too far from train station,and you have to walk on the slope.It’s good hostel,but it’s suitable for driving guest. The description of the location of the room is unclear,maybe drawing is better.

The staff is so friendly. They prepare anything you might need. And help me check-in by myself.

Our family used this place for one overnight stop. Nice location outside Villach. Large and comfortable apartment. Great value for money.

Very pleasant stay at a nice location. Lake is near, Villach town is only a few minutes by car, and we came for skiing which is also convenient (maybe 10 minutes by car to the main gondola). Breakfast is delicious and various, staff super friendly, helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for everyone, very calming area, and a big plus for the view of mountains and forest!
