The lightning. It was a bit dark in the room and the bed was not too comfortable if I am honest but it's okay for a one night sleep. Other than that nothing really was a negative. All together it was a positive experience for me.

The size of the room was massive and the bathtub was also very big which is good for me as I prefer having baths over showers and I'm happened to be 192cm tall (6 foot 3). The staff was very friendly and it was a last minute booking. The price was very friendly too. There was a massive table too in the room, plenty of space for your laptop and stuff.

Noise from the corridor, other rooms (or building) was inconvinient in the night, especially after midnight. Hopefully it didnt occur every day.

The furniture is a little wornout. If you are light sleeper, you can be bothert about tram that can be loud at night when it passes the hotel.

We liked the location, there is a lot of public transport nearby. The hotel offers a parking garage, but there are other parking possibilities in the vicinity that are cheaper.

Breakfast was lovely (check photos and add also coffee-tea machine and juice that i forgot to take!!! Great variety to choose. The location was good, and the room's Temperature was perfect! The station tram to the centre was a minute walk and metro station was 7 minutes walk.

When I arrived my room didn't have rubbish bin in the bathroom. They put one next morning. I also had to ask for bath towels. People from our group reported that the room was dusty and had garbage from previous guests. The room could have been cleaner.

Good breakfast to keep you going. Convenient location with tram stop very close. Spacious room.

- Smell in the room. We stayed on 6th floor in the end of the corridor. The smell was terrible, we had to keep the window open while we were absent. However, that helped a little. - Comfort room is actually far from being very comfortable. Lack of normal wardrobe, very slim pillows and hard beds. Floor needs restoration.

- Location - Breakfast - Spacious room - Garage (but be ready to show your driving and parking skills, as the garage is quite small) - Restaurant Lemon nearby. Very good value for money. Nothing fancy inside, but delicious food for very reasonable price. Great staff!

the photos on booking are enhanced. in the reality the room is a lot darker, smaller, it didn’t meet my expectations.

Cleanliness could be improved. They didn’t change our water glasses every day, we had to ask them to remove the garbage from the room. Breakfast is not worth it. It was cold because they kept switching off the chafing dishes and pastries were store bought. Coffee was not good. Not worth the cost.

The location is fantastic. within walking distance you can find reasonable parking, metro and tram station, groceries and local street food (bratwurst)

One of our lights was broken and we found it often got quite hot in the room - but this was easily managed with the air conditioning

The staff were super helpful upon arrival, whenever we had any questions, and when leaving. The rooms were equipped with satisfactory amenities, and housekeeping would come everyday to ensure the room remained fresh and clean for us. We bought breakfast for one morning of our stay and were very pleased.

Overall the hotel was good. Delicious breakfast. Place near city center but the noise of trams passing by doesn't allow to sleep well. Rooms are clean but the bathroom needs to be renewed.
