We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Fruit and vegetable salads for both. The staff was very accommodating, kind and helpful. The spa was beautiful and quiet. Location in a quiet part of the town. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Czech RepublicThere is no refrigerator in the room. Old furniture, does not correspond to the level of 4 stars. Old carpet, from which we sneezed all 2 days. Cookies and cakes for breakfast and lunch were not fresh. We ordered Christmas dinner a day in advance. We came to Christmas dinner at the appointed time, waited for dinner with a small child (1 year and 7 months) for 2 hours. The child began to fall asleep in a chair, we asked the waitress to bring food to the room, since this service is available at the hotel. But the administrator Krisz forbade the waitress to bring food to our room. As a result, on Christmas Eve, we went to bed hungry. In the morning, since the mood and Christmas Eve were spoiled, we decided to go home early. We came to the reception. The administrator Krisz was there. When we asked why you were leaving and how he could help us, we explained to him the situation, which he already knew about. In response, we did not even receive an apology, but heard that you are not at home. Although the hotel writes everywhere "With us you will feel at home". We do not recommend this hotel, especially for a holiday with children. There are no 4-star amenities. The price is many times overpriced and does not correspond to the quality of the services provided.
