You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The location is perfect, very quiet, however just a walk away from everything. The place was spot clean and everything was in very good condition. Would warmly recommend!

We were welcomed very friendly by Michaela. The owners are very friendly and will help you with all your questions about Ischgl. You receive a locker next to the skilift: this very handy because you can walk every morning to the skilift without needing to carry your material. The appartement is located nearby the skilift. There is also a skibus but walking is easier (takes less then 10 min). You can order bread and croissants every day! The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds!

We immediately got all the information needed about our stay, how everything works and even received a nice surprise - lockers at the A2 lift. so you just walk with your regular shoes to the lift and take you dry and warm skiing stuff. very good for families as well due to a nice and quiet location - a mountain spring makes you feel you’re far away from loud 👍🏻
