Hosts are very friendly and polite. Always ready to assist you at any matters. Perfect location for skying. To have a lunch and dinner you have close by restaurants.

Breakfast was nice however staff was overloaded and food/drink refillments were sometimes slow. Children area should have more toys. In order to have dinner you have to travel away.

We had a spacious, modern room and we loved it. Our relatives had an other (classic wooden style) room in an older building, that was huge and really nice, too. There are good possibilities to hike and discover the forests nearby. Sauna was very nice. There are several areas for activities in the hotel, for example: playing areas for children, ping pong tables, and there is a fitness room as well. The staff members were very kind, they were smiling a lot. They really tried they best to serve us on the highest level.

Wellness was a bit small, less relaxing beds after sauna compare with the size of the resort. We found the pillows too big but it's question of preference.

Location was great, close to nature, right in the mountain. Just behind the property were trails and a lovely sleigh hill. Beautiful nature around with pine forest. Comfortable size room with wood design. Large bathroom and shower.

We spent 3 nights with 2 children. The hotel management were super flexible regarding our requests /room setup for kids, sauna usage, breakfast/. We loved every minute, I am happy to recommend the hotel. Special thanks to Christian and his partner to looking after us so well.

The floor creaked a bit, beds were softer, than I would admire, but this is a personnal opinion:).

We really liked the accomodation and service. Spa area and play room was also great. Breakfest was sufficient and location is beautiful. Totally worth to visit again.

Great Location - We had a beautiful mountain view from our room. Brilliant breakfast - big choice, everybody would find something for himself. Very nice room - I liked every bit of it. Staff was helpful, and there was no issue with late check-in.

we stayed at this jewel of a place less than an hour from the F1 track. Great accommodation, easy parking, friendly and very helpful personnel helping with luggage and dinner reservations. lovely friendly atmosphere, nice chat at breakfast.

We had a wonderful time at the Alpl Resort, Christian was amazing. The resort is very big and beautiful, lots to do and look at. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. Could not recommend more highly.

The location is set near the main road, but there is no significant traffic. The surrounding are beautiful, we were in summer, lots of hiking, walking destinations. The rooms (at least ours) are classic hütte-type ones, wooden walls and everything. The hosts (the place is a run by a young family/pair) were very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Breakfast is ok, big plus goes to freshly brewed coffe from beans.

Beautiful resort in a unique location. The wodden cabin was perfect. The warm welcome cause us smile wild (and to get excited:) interesting and touching story holds the resort together.
