The Hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance to almost everything and public transport is right there if needed. The staff was the kindest. We were able to check in early and the stay was a dream. We will definitely come back!

Great breakfast. Great staff, always helpfull. When we left early we asked for breakfast boxes, they prepared amazing boxes.

Too warm with central heating

I loved this hotel! Rooms are gorgeous and pretty spacious, everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect, you can walk easily to the museums, I'd definitely stay here again.

There was an unpleasant aroma on entering the hotel and in the reception area. Also it would have been nice for a lounge area .

The pillows are a bit thin so might need to order extra pillow.

Great location just across the opera house ! And walking distance to centre and nice cafes to have breakfast. I booked the deluxe suite and the room was spacious and had small balcony overlooking the opera. The room is well designed with good choice of materials when you enter the toilet is on your right ( only bidet ) then when walk in the room you will see the bathtub and shower with rain shower as well. There is a Nespresso machine and kettle. Plugs are all over the room and on the table with usb and type c plugs. You can connect your phone to the tv. The iron is by request. The room had good lighting. I didn’t book the breakfast so I can’t judge. The staff I dealt with were very accommodating helpful and kind ( Lina , Magdalena, and Boyalina). I had a concern regarding the warmth of the room and the floor heating was turned off and had good nights sleep the rest of the stay.

We were very happy with our stay at Hotel 011. It is a very comfortable hotel with nice, quiet and clean rooms, good value for money. The location was perfect for our needs: we were able to walk to the museums, the opera, the Stephen's Cathedral area and restaurants, it is 2 blocks from the Karlsplatz subway station and the main tram line has a stop within 1 block from the hotel. Excellent breakfast, with hot and cold dishes and freshly squeezed orange juice, fruits, different types of bread. The staff was pleasant and helpful at all times. We will definitely stay at 011 again on our next trip to Vienna. 😊👏🏾👏🏾

Even though it was February the heat in the room was beyond comfortable. We asked could we turn down the heating and were told we could only turn it off and to open the windows. It never got colder even with the windows open
