The is no visible sign for the hotel from the street. Restaurant staff were friendly but the desk staff were not very welcoming and seemed distracted.

Sorry that the bar restaurant hasn't opened yet, but as I understand, it's just around the corner! And it definitely not spoilt our impression of the hotel, only have something to looking forward to!

Fantastic hotel from personal service to room standard and location! It's a really nice place to stay for your visit to Vienna. A nice small hotel opposite the Opera soo perfect location, walking distance to everything and nearby the Metro, Tram an Buses! And don't forget the start of the day with the good breakfast in a nice atmosphere and so nice staff! Definitely oue place when we come back to Vienna!

The pillows were very soft, I had to end up with 3 of them and the decor cushion to sleep comfortably.

Perfect location, rooms were very spacious. Had a balcony as well so that was lovely. Check out wasn’t till 12 so that was nice on our last day when we had a late flight out. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

O11 location is very good if you plan to spend your time walking around the main sightseeing locations around the Innere Stadt. The Opernring Trams run right in front of the property and there is access to the Karlsplatz U-bahn just a few minutes walk. Room was spacious and overall rather nice. Think modest boutique instead of fancy boutique. Decor is simple but nice, bed comfy with expected amenities and features. Everything worked very well in the room including wifi, A/C, TV, lighting. Bathroom was spacious, shower water pressure good, housekeeping just fine throughout.

Great room and very comfortable beds. The reception team was very supportive and the breakfirst team was just awesome. The hotel is in the middle of the center and everything can be reached by a small walk.

Not receiving what was included in my reservation.

The property is impeccably decorated and clean. The room (suite) I reserved should have had a tub and shower and it only had a shower. Also, my reservation included/stated wine/champagne and neither were offered or available. When I approached the front desk about this, I was told that wasn’t the hotel responsibility that should come from Booking.com. When I get back home, I’ll be opening a dispute on both things.
