On Booking.com it says: "Hotel Am Sachsengang Groß-Enzersdorf - Show on map 8.3 km from Vienna International Airport" This is cut-pasted from the website. Well, the bad news is that the hotel is 29km away from the airport in fact, as the distance on the website is measured in a straight line over a river; also there are no Ubers in that area. If you are lucky enough to catch an Uber then from the airport to the hotel - 66 Euros! So was it value for money for me? NO, because for 170 Euros that I spent on the hotel + Ubers, I could have stayed in a hotel at the airport. I was badly misled by the distance written on Booking.com

The hotel is perfect for a short stay. The communication from staff is fantastic. It has large rooms, high ceilings, spacious bathrooms and plenty of storage. I like the insect nets because one can sleep with open windows; a decent breakfast. Overall, I really liked the hotel.

Unfortunatelly the bathroom was with fungus, and not according to the pictures, we specifically booked a delux room in accordance to the pictures of the room and the bathroom. This was a huge dissappointment. The. breakfast was with some choice but unfortunatelly was not tasty. There was not even a kettle in the room

The location for an overnight stay was ok, but there was no shop or a choice of restaurants within walking distance. The room was according to the desciption (we booked a delux room). The dogs (two of them) were accepted). The bed was comfortable.The room was heated (a bit too much).

Breakfest was average, the corridor was so sting and dirty. We’ve got very messy dimly-lighted room where sheets weren’t changed. That was disgusting and unappropriate. Moreover, everywhere was very cold. I really don’t recommend this „hotel”!

Not clean. Shower to small, I'm 1.71m and didn't dit under it. Also bathroom was moldy they need to change it and add extra ventilation. Bit further away from the bus then expected (15 - 20 min walk).

The room was very dirty, it smelled like mold very much. There was dust everywhere and found one old sock! It was also cold. I don't recommend booking this property. We booked two nights and checked out after the first night, they didn't refund our second night!

The hotel announces itself as "close to the airport", if 1 hour with 36 minutes by bus (you have to take several buses not just one) is close to them, l don't know what far it is. If you decide to take an Uber/ Bolt instead, it will take the same long time as the buses and the price will be from 50 to 75 euros. So if you really want to be close to the airport this is not a good option at all. Also 10 min before the time of the check out, someone opened my room without knocking (as they had the key, I suppose it was to clean), I understand this is a mistake and they might thought I already did the checkout, but they should be careful with this. But I can say the rooms are clean, the location is surrounded by nice nature, and the personal working there are kind.

Unfortunately, photos you can see here are not close to how it looks like in real… Dirty rooms, toilet was the worst part since it was that unpleasant that you would rather skip the shower. Paying for the breakfast was additional mistake as there is a minimal selection of anything and few guests had to wait for bread and other basics since it was empty… In the whole „place” it smells like when you clean your toilet. -1/10

This property came as on option for hotels near Vienna airport. The listing said it was 5.3 miles from the airport. After making the booking, the hotel sent me a message stating that the hotel was 30km away from the airport. My flight landed after 10pm and my taxi cost me 80 euros! There is a big difference between 5.3 miles (8.48km) and 30 km

They given us a non air con room while the outside tempter is 34 degrees. They give us a broken standing fan which is loud as airplane. Toilet shower was broken and leaking the water from the shower pipe , bath tube sink was clogged with hairs and water wasn’t coming out from the bath tub. There are lives electric cable connection almost got electrocuted while charging my phone. Upon complaining to Hotel reception the lady said we can’t offer you a replacement & that’s what we all got. We paid for the breakfast which is almost run out all the stuff before even 8AM. Poor and awful facilities, receptionist and hotel room. I also complain to Booking.com they were just useless as well as this hotel staff. There are also bed begs at property & rooms are not kept clean, there’s a no lift, no ventilation in bath room, bugs in the bedsheets layers of dust on room furniture, extra small tv which never work. Please don’t book this hotel and book somewhere else. I don’t even know why this low standard hotel exists on Booking.com which gives poor customer experience to foreigners visitor as all they trust online booking. Please don’t book, also booking.com refused to refund the money after complaining to them.

Things in the bath like the faucet were broken or about to break and there was a hole in the wall under the bath tub. Additionally there was not a lot of light in the room during night due to the lack of a light from the roof.

We were supposed to stay here for one night. Unfortunately, we were unable to arrive in the end and asked if the reservation could be moved to another date. I wrote several messages to the accommodation and unfortunately no reply. In the end, only an automatic message came that the accommodation could not be cancelled. I didn't even ask for that, I asked to be moved to another date. We will not use this accommodation again during our next stay in Vienna.
