Amazing, spacious room, well euipped, with plenty of storage. Great walk-in shower. Super comfy carpet. Super location. Cafés, restaurants, shops nearby. S bahn, u bahn, bus stop within 5mins walk.

There is a lot of construction around the hotel (so be prepared for this if you are on the first floor). The interiors are quite outdated and some could use a bit of work (particularly in the lobby area).

Great price considering the location in Vienna. The room was very big and spacious. The check-in was simple and easy. The room was overall quite clean.

There was no fridge and iron. The conditioner wasn't working properly.

There was no proper air conditioner. The one available is very old and doesn’t help when it’s hot. No proper food available. There are machines with snacks but you need coins to buy anything, I doubt everyone has coins all the time.

You hardly see any staff and the late check in starts very early. If you arrive after a certain time, you have to check in yourself and do not come across with any staff. Not many amenities in the room.

they don't have a ramp for handicapped people who are using a wheelchair so the entrance is difficult even for normal people with luggage

I booked a room on the condition that we pay when we arrived at the hotel. However, on the day of arrival, I am informed that my reservation will be canceled if I do not pay the cost in advance before arrival. That was not ok, because the agreement was different before.

Location of hotel is great. Across the street is metro and tram station and because of that, its makes easy to get to any part of city. The room was large and full of light. The Room was also very clean and cozy. Hotel had an elevator.

The windows in our room didn’t open, and while we had air conditioning the room was quite warm.

A really good price for the stay. The staff were very amenable and ensured that we had everything we needed which was great. The hotel is next to the tram station and across the road from the train station which was super handy, it’s very easy to get to central Vienna.

The location of Hotel Allegro was very convenient with a station nearby that allowed for easy city travel. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We would recommend this accommodation for anyone planning a short stay in the city.

We had requested a twin room; however, upon arrival, we were provided with a twin room set up as a double. Additionally, we were quoted one price for breakfast by the staff, the in-room pricelist displayed a different rate, and ultimately, we were charged yet another amount, which was quite confusing. The breakfast selection was rather limited, though we would like to commend the lady in the restaurant, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Lastly, we found it unusual that there was no main ceiling light in the room.
