We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AlbaniaThe hotel check-in time was 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:20 PM and received the room we had booked. However, upon entering, we found a technician inside, repairing something. We returned to the reception to inform the staff, who were accommodating and promptly provided us with another room. Unfortunately, the new room did not match our booking, requiring another trip to the reception to resolve the issue. The staff took the necessary steps, and we finally settled into the correct room. The bathroom had some issues as well. The shower cabin did not close fully, causing water to flood the floor during showers. This made using the bathroom inconvenient, especially since the hotel did not provide single-use slippers. Additionally, the water heater for coffee or tea was not working. When I went to the hotel's small bar to get a coffee, they said they did not serve it. Instead, they directed me to the breakfast area, where I could purchase coffee from a vending machine. Fortunately, there was a nearby bakery that served fantastic coffee. Breakfast was not included in the room price, but there were plenty of excellent options around the hotel for a delicious morning meal.
The room was comfortable, with adequate space and cleanliness. However, the view from the window faced the interior of the building. The ceiling on the ground floor had been adjusted to improve this view. The hotel was centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. In the surrounding area, there were many supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance.

AustriaThe credit card reader did not work, so I had to pay in cash, this caused some confusion when checking out. The basement parking garage is convenient, but relatively expensive (€20/day). While the charging spot for e-bikes is blocked for cars, the other parking spot next to it where you can charge your car is not. In my case, another (non electric) car had blocked the spot, so it was difficult for me to charge my e-car. Would be nice to see this spot reserved for e-cars.
Quiet rooms. Ours was facing the garden. Beds were also comfy. The parking garage had free of charge wall plugs to charge the car, but these were only regular 230V sockets, so you can charge only very slowly. OK if you can keep it plugged in all night.

TurkeyThe room service was a bit slow, the towels were not always changed, bed sheets more folded than changed even though that we hang the clean the room card on the doorknob. Also there was a funny smell in the room when we entered for the first time as if the windows were closed long time before we us. It went away after letting some air in from windows though, so it was not much of an issue.
The room was quite big and spacey, had good sunlight and curtains were good enough to darken the room in the night. Needed a toothpaste and reception provided it. The bathtub is always a good touch. Hotel has vending machines at reception and grocery shops quite close and about 6-7 mins walking distance to tram and metro. A bus stop is 1min away.

IrelandIt seemed that thermostat was broken as I wasn't able to change the temperature in the room (it was a bit too warm for me). I also wasn't able to turn on and use the fridge. I guess both issues could have been easy solved by the hotel personnel, but I was too lazy ans tired to report it.
The room was clean and spacious, mattress was very comfortable. It was easy to get to the hotel by bus from Vien Mitte. Good value, I will definitely come back

Czech RepublicOn the first evening, the heating in our room wasn't working properly. But as I said, the staff did their best to resolve it.
Nice and comfortable rooms. Very good location in the walking distance from the heart of Vienna. Good breakfast. A fridge in the room. The complimentary wellness zone on the top floor. And, on top of that, friendly and willing staff - when we hit a technical snag with the room, Lily at the reception did her very best to get rid of it for us (thanks again, Lily).
