Literally, best service ever. We experienced throughout our entire stay an exceptional service, especially with respect our dog and her needs. Very good breakfast and location.

The parking lot was full on Saturday and it was quite hard to find a space. The food is not that great for the price - there is a lot of variety but it's just "ok" I would expect more.

Spa area is great, the architecture of the building and facilities is amazing, very clean place and easy going. Staff is helpful and massages were professional and relaxing.

The one thing I didn’t think was worth the price was the breakfast. It cost 30€, and while there was a large variety of food, it was honestly tasteless. You could also order pancakes and an omelet from the chef, but the omelet was pretty disappointing. The pancakes were fine, but nothing special. I think the breakfast is overpriced for what it is, as usually, for that price, you’d expect something more interesting or flavorful.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel, just like on the pictures. It had covered parking, and there were plenty of spots available for our car. I chose this hotel mainly because it had a fireplace. It was such a pleasant experience! This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. The only downside is that we stayed for 3 days but didn’t have time to try the spa. The hotel surroundings are very scenic, and the hotel’s restaurant also serves very tasty food – everything was excellent. We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. the location – it’s a bit far, as we drove 8 hours from Vienna, and it’s closer to Switzerland.

Next time I would go for breakfast only as the food (half board +) was mediocre including the Grill (separate restaurant in the Hotel) compared to style of the facility. Additionally there are multiple restaurants close by which offer a broad selection of local and international dishes. In the SPA (Sauna and Steam Bath) it was unclear if the area is textile free or not which lead to a situation where naked people mixed with people wearing swim suits.

Modern, new and clean apartment with Sauna and Steam shower in the room, Spacy with enough room incl. a functional kitchen. The mattress was too soft for me. The SPA area is modern and stylish but as well comfortable. Service personell was super friendly and helpful.

No information about the restaurant menus could be found online. Would be nice to have some information in the room what the hotel has to offer, like restaurants, spa, gym, including opening times, what to do in Schruns, etc.. But thats little details, the overall experience was great

The rooms have been very spacious and modern, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The SPA was very clean, modern and gave a lot of options to relax. Price for value was really good and really liked the nice interior design.

Just smaller details that could improve the stay: - the welcome drink was super strong, I’d suggest something lighter like a Prosecco or similar - the music in the SPA upstairs wasn’t very relaxing (the opposite sometimes). - the water in the pool in the downstairs area is not warm. If that’s the objective, fair enough

The SPA is very nice and well equipped. The one on top of the building is much larger and a bit nicer. Mattresses were comfortable and the staff quite welcoming

Very nice SPA with two different areas. One on the rooftop -stunning with flowers everywhere. 2 pools. Amazing breakfast choices! And we had a very nice diner facing the river. Very pleasant staff.

Temperature of the hotel rooms can only be regulated for all rooms at once. There’s no thermostat in the room. Meaning you might sweat or freeze at night. Also, there was a strange person following us around the spa area. I wish staff would look out for that kind of thing.

Great location, great Spa, beautiful rooms. The whole house seems very well thought out and it all follows a theme in every detail. Discover what that theme is while you’re there.

The staff was unorganized. Took 40 Minutes to check us in because they had to give us another room. Had to get an upgrade because of the dog, even if we were told on the phone that it would be fine to bring her. Then they forgot to tell us about how much the upgrade is, what the food options are and what the hours are. Service could be better.

Spa, pool, lobby, restaurant are beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was very clean and they provided a cute blanket and bowls for our dog; food in both restaurants and breakfast was amazing

I only wish I could have stayed longer. I got a massage while there and was not overly impressed by the masseuse skill but it was still very relaxing.

The meals were incredible, all so different and local/seasonal. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

The restaurants had great food quality and exquisite furnishing. The service team in the regular restaurant was very fast but in the Grill restaurant the service was rather slow, and the waiter had a not so service oriented humor.

The location was excellent. Front Office Staff is very attentive and spent a good amount of time showing us around the property and to the rooms. The check-in was digital via an Ipad which was very comfortable.

Outstanding spa hotel. The spa facilities are excellent. If you are looking for a place to unwind and recoup, this is the place to go. The alpine location is splendid and it is easy to reach by train. Amrai is located 5 minutes by foot from the Schruns train station. And the same distance to the romantic center and heart of Schruns.

Everything was great.

We loved everything. Food, staff, services all above standards. The rooms are amazing, the dinner is also great. The spa is pretty seriousand big for the size of the hotel (they are now building a second complex of rooms, the spa will maybe then be a bit more crowded). Location good.
