Not child friendly. Most visitors had children, but the hotel seems more like an adult only hotel. The restaurant and staff are a very disappointing. Breakfast was ok, but the dinner (half board included) was disorganized. too little staff running around, all orders of our 5 day stay went wrong, as vegetarian we got meat (while insisting it was vegetarian). Food was overly salty too. Some staff were nice, but some of them just annoyed, especially around children. The restaurant staff hardly spoke English.

Luxurious hotel, with excellent facilities. The spa/pool area is very nice. Beautiful spacious rooms. On site free parking (limited, but we managed all the time) reception staff very nice and helpful in planning activities.

- the dinner experience requires some further work. Serving (looks) and design of dishes are amazing, but the staff (while friendly) seems to behave in a bit chaotic way - lots of orders missed / misunderstood, sometimes very long waiting times for the next dish. I believe these are teething issues that hopefully will be solved soon.

I never liked the behavior of one of the employees in the restaurant, who is a young man with a little brown skin because he speaks German and does not speak English and did not respect our lack of understanding of the German language and speaks badly of us. He says that all he saw us says that we are late and he says that repeatedly despite our early arrival, but he is the one who was late in coming to take the order and then he said: You are late and he speaks in his language and mocks and this is not appropriate for the guests, regardless of their nationality or language

I liked the hotel in general, as well as the rooms. They are spacious, have a beautiful arrangement, modern decor, and excellent services. I would like to especially thank the tactful, distinguished and respectful receptionist who treated us wonderfully. He is a young man with white skin and blond hair.

It would be nice if there was AC. The street is supposed to be 30km/h, but they drive really fast in front of the hotel, if you are on the streetside and the windows are open it can be annoying. Sometimes the parking garage was closed without reason.

The facilities are brand new, beautiful decor, friendly staff, nice breakfast and a splendid view! We travelled with a family and the children could make use of both the indoor and outdoor pool, there was a little playground and there were games to borrow. The beds were really nice and had one big matras!

I booked a room with a view on the mountains came along way for nature and a comfortable stay I was promised that it would be changed but the room was clean and it was 6:00 pm 🙄 and when it was finally cleaned it was given to some one else but I got a a room on the pool side and above the kitchen was very noisy no privacy at all

This place is NOT a 4 star hotel and they threat their guests awfully. We had a very bad experience and complained at the end only to get an off-putting attitude from management as if we were making this up instead of recognizing we had a bad experience. I will NEVER recommend this place for many, many various reasons. From the moment we arrived, the staff did not seem to enjoy dealing with us, making us afraid to ever talk to them about any issues. Every time we spoke to the staff it was as if we had bothered them and they were rolling their eyes at anything we said. Our room had a broken chair. Meaning only one chair for three guests. The bathroom smelled like pee EVERY day (meaning even after housekeeping cleaned it, it was still smelly, because the layout and design of the bathroom is bad). The hotel staff would smoke out front and the smoke would go through our windows and get into our clothes and linger in the room. The restaurant is extremely overpriced with small, unexciting portions of food. AND the restaurant is closed on Monday so if you want any food you have to go into town. The breakfast runs out of food by 9:00AM despite being open until 10:30. There are only a few staff at breakfast to help and even they don't seem to want to do anything. The hotel bartender is extremely grumpy and always under-poured drinks. I cannot believe the way this hotel treated us, I cannot believe this place gets good reviews, I am still in shock by how awful it was to stay here and I HOPE they learn their lesson from treating guests so poorly. What a disaster. Stay away from this hotel.

Comfortable bed, soundproof walls, and two nice saunas in the spa area. That's it. These are the only good things about this hotel. Everything else was terrible.

We couldn’t enjoy the facilities on spa area because they have separated the naked zone and family. And we couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi, steam sauna and many facilities.
