We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SlovakiaThe room was on a smaller size, but all was very functional and practical, so we felt comfortable, also the large balcony with a nice view made up for it.
the breakfasts were always excellent. We are normally on hypoalergic diet, but here was always a large selection of carefully prepared fresh food, always warm options, home made products, bio yogurt and meats. Atmosfere was homy and caring. I liked the ski room, all very practical Very pleasant hosting family, always ready to help, doughter works for the infocenter, so no question left unanswered:-), for us it was a big help, since it was our first time in the area and with a smaler child. Its excellent, beautifull location.

RomaniaThe location is good for accessing the ski slopes in the area. Good breakfast and very clean rooms. Heating is good and hot water available without issues. You need to choose this place if you enjoy a room clean daily at high standards. Host is friendly and helpful. Parking is available.

great location on a quiet side road of the valley with great view! the rooms are spacious and newly renovated! the host is very welcoming warm and creates every morning an excellent breakfast with a great and changing selection of mostly homemade specialties ! we had a wonderful stay and will com again! the drive in the ski resort was convenient and took less than 10 minutes!
