We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe walls into the neighbouring apartment were abit thin so when we had neighbours with small children, they were abit noisy, but the hosts were very understanding and helped with making sure our neighbours knew when quiet times were which was very appreciated!
Perfect size apartment for our stay in Austria. Brilliant private balcony facing the mountains to enjoy the late afternoon and evening sun. All the essentials provided in the kitchen so we had everything to use for making our own meals. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming, and kept in touch incase there was anything we needed. They recommended some brilliant local restaurants too. Would loved to of stayed for longer!

PolandRoad for daily commuting to Zillertal Arena or Penken. OK if there is no snow on the road, otherwise it could be a challenge. No shop in the surroundings..
Very friendly and helpful hosts, spacious and well equipped apartment. Skiing room with boots-heaters.. Small ski area and playground for kids nearby - so location would be great for those who would like to spend time not driving far. You get what you pay for.

Magdalena is a great host. Very friendly and do her best to make you feel very welcome and at home. I wholeheartedly recommend the place.

PolandSuper for family groups. Apartament situated high over Zillertal with a beautifull view. Convinient for skiers with car, within 0.5h driving range to Gerlos-Hochkrimml and Mayrhoffen-Tux that we find the best for families with both beginners and expeirnced skiers.. Inside: big and well equipped big living-cooking-dining area, ski storage with boots dryer. The rest is very spacious and comfortable, and looks as on the photos. Very nice and helpful owners.
