No kettle in room

The room was really nice for 1 person with access to outdoors space. Had microwave and utensils in a nice kitchen space. Enough room for clothes and shower was really nice. Wish I could live there 😅

Nothing I don’t like to be honest but if you really push me to say something, then the room is very simple.

Centre location, literally 1 min walk from metro station. One stop to city centre. 30 mins from the airport if you take S train. Can’t ask for more!

Great location, very nice staff( thank you again for everything), excellent breakfast, clean and quiet room (17, in the garden building, stayed 3 adults). Parking across the street in underground parking (25 EUR for two days)

The breakfast is varied and very tasty, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is near the subway, which takes you to the center in a few minutes. The connection is really excellent!

I loved everything about this hotel. Great location approx 15 min walk to Stephansplatz city centre. There is also a subway next to the hotel and Stephansplatz is only 2 short stops away. Walk if you can as you'll pass the local shops, cafes and bars etc along the way. Breakfast was delicious. My partner would have preferred a full English brekkie however there was lots of other choices on offer including scrambled eggs and porridge cooked to order. The staff were helpful and friendly too. Our room was lovely. We had a double superior with balcony and garden view. We also had a large TV in our room, a fridge and safe. Another advantage was a separate bathroom and toilet. There is even a relaxing sauna/spa area which we didn't use during our stay as too busy exploring the city. I also highly recommend getting a train to Bratislava from Vienna main station. It's only a 70 minute journey costing 18 euros each return. There are 3 options on the ticket machine. Select the second option. We nearly chose the third option which cost double. Thanks to a local man advising us which one to get. You can also purchase a ticket at the tourist information centre in Stephansplatz. I'm so glad I chose this hotel and would definitely stay again. Thank you :)

Breakfast could have more fresh vegetables and salads. WiFi signal on the top floor was not strong enough Also please note there is no bar or restaurant in the hotell to get food in the evening

Good location, close to city centre and metro station just few steps away. Staff was very helpful. There was a big bath tube and balcony in the room.

Breakfast was good, but the choice of food is small, I would recommend to extend it, 4star hotels should have a different level of breakfast.

Ideal place for the family, big rooms and bathrooms, it was warm in the room, we enjoyed our staying a lot! Location is perfect, 2-3 min by foot to the underground or bus stop. Staff is great and very helpful! Sauna is very good, I wouldn't even call it sauna, but its more like Russian banya, the steam is wet and they add mint, which is perfect for inhalation. Definitely recommend their SPA.

Since we used sofa as bed, there wasn't a place to sit beyond the beds and one desk chair.

Lovely big comfortable room, like the complimentary tea coffee facility without single use plastic. Breakfast was average, hot food could be better in terms of variety and quality. Very central convenient location near tube station yet quiet.

I think we found the perfect hotel for our needs in Vienna. The receptionist guy was really nice, he asked if we could occupy our room already as we arrived earlier and so we could. The room was enormous for two people so we could enjoy the comfortable stay. The atmosphere of the hotel all together is really cozy. Next time we will try the breakfast too. The location of the hotel is perfect, in a quite neighborhood only two minutes walking from the metro.

Although spacious the separate toilet was extremely cramped, bathroom was extremely nice and large but no need for shower in the bath and a separate shower cubicle think that's slightly overkill considering toilet was really cramped. Breakfast was limited and the water for pots of tea was near freezing considering it came from a machine.

Room was spacious, great that facilities were available such as kettle and fridge, parking available which was helpful for us. Access to the city just a couple of minutes away with Tube access.

Considering bedroom and bathroom were extremely spacious the toilet had a lot to be desired, extremely tight squeeze and not really suitable. Breakfast was extremely basic and the water provided for tea was cold.

Spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, modernised decor. Staff were polite and helpful. Location was great for our needs. Facilities provided were suitable, provided garage parking.
