The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway station (from where you could quickly get to any desired point of the city), at the same time in a quiet area, on a street with trees and greenery. Spacious, clean room, comfortable beds, lots of peace, coffee, tea facilities in the room, enough good wi-fi connection. Very good still water directly from the tap. Tea and coffee bags, sparkling water, leaflets about the city available in the lobby next to the reception. Very kind and friendly staff.

Great service, check in was flawless and very easy. I like that I could do the online check in beforehand so it made everything smooth. The room was immaculate. Spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast is simple and delicious. The balcony is a nice touch, but the room next door came come over to your window as there is no separation. One underground train stop to Wien Mitte. Easy access to the center and the Airport. All of the staff I came across were friendly. Very highly recommended.

IsraelFew stairs with no elevator + need to walk through the internal garden which is nice but cumbersome if you have luggage. The small balcony is shared with another room which is quite awkward when it is occupied. Staff is usually nice and polite but not very helpful and knowledgeable with local questions and not very hospitable
Good breakfast (basic yet includes all you need). Hotel is very clean and quite. We stayed in junior suite which was in descent size and well equipped. Very good location. close to U and in 5-15 minutes you get to many of Vienna attractions and center. Close to many local coffee shops and grocery stores.

CanadaThe hotel entrance has high stairs and nobody did offer me help to carry suitcases upstairs, although there is a camera at the reception and receptionist have seen the situation. This ruined all my trip since I have a heart condition and being tiered after long flight I did not expect to lift my heavy suitcases upstairs myself. Furthermore, my room was at the very back building and I had to carry my luggage again myself, since nobody even propose to help me. In the room internet was so week that I could not use it for anything. Room was very small and toilet did not flush well. Also, balcony was so small that I did not risk to step out, although on the picture it looked like a terrace. On top of all you can not find a place to eat anywhere around on a holiday or weekend. Holidays they have quite often. I was there on Monday. You can not find anything to eat in a hotel as well. I was offered to order online, but they did not process my order due to slow internet. I end up being hungry the whole day. They gave me an apple though. Also, the receptionist works only until 8 pm. Never had such a bad service.
Location is close to the subway. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and staff at the kitchen very polite and ready to help. TV had many available channels. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Heating floor does not make noise which was nice.

South KoreaFront desk closed at 8pm. I think they should open till 10pm at least. There are more than 10 steps from the entrance to the front desk. So if you have heavy bags, you will have to carry them up. It is not easy.

CanadaTraditional B&B type property but without breakfast included. I was certain I had booked the breakfast option with original booking but it did not show up on my original booking email. Before leaving for my trip, I am certain the Booking.com app said breakfast was included but it was gone upon arrival. It is possible I am mistaken but I checked just before leaving for trip and Booking.com is not as reliable as it once was for getting what you booked so check your bookings carefully as the add on price for breakfast was ridiculous IMO..would be another 250Euros. Bed a bit roo soft. Air conditioner made a clicking sound and did not cool the sleeping area as it faced the seating area instead. Sauna closes too early.
Great location next to subway line and close enough to city centre. Lots of restaurants and essentials nearby. Room was very spacious with huge bathroom and separate toilet area but terrace was not enjoyable when smokers were sitting on common patio outside breakfast room. Tea, coffee, and water in lobby was a nice touch.

PhilippinesWe did not like Alina your front desk staff. She was not at all welcoming, didn’t smile at us at all. She assisted our check out. No hello or how was your stay, just told me how much I have to pay and made me sign banging the pen infront of me. She ruined our nice 4 night stay at your hotel. She doesn’t give your hotel the 4 star rating you deserve. She should be replaced with someone with a more pleasing personality.
The hotel as a whole is lovely. We stayed in a garden suite ground floor and had a nice garden set outside our room. Garden was beautiful. Location was great near the underground. Walking distance from the Harry Styles concert which we also enjoyed. We like the male frontdesk at the reception when we arrived. He was very kind, helpful and friendly.
