Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FinlandOnly one complaint, the pillows are so soft it feels like you are sleeping without one.
The apartments are a bit old fashioned, but clean, they are great value for money. They are also quite spacious and animals are accepted, with a small fee. The sisters keeping the place are amazing and extremely hospitable. There's everything you might need, except a hair dryer. You can order bread rolls and croissants for the morning and there's transport to the skilift and back. There's about an 15min walk to town.

It’s a wonderful property located just outside Hopfgarten (10 mins walking). The owners are amazing,so welcoming friendly and kind,it has been like being part of their family. Our apartment was super big and comfy with everything that you need and more. We will surely be back for the ski season for sure.

Perfect in every aspects. Great location, very spacious, big garden, comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities. Host had thought about everything that we needed. Property is surrounded by mountains, trees, other beautiful houses and a small river. Very lovely area for a romantic and quiet walk. Lovely and helpful host. Grocery stores nearby. Highly recommended.

This apartment is in a traditional Austrian guesthouse in an absolutely stunning location. Parking is outside the door. If you want to cook your own breakfast there’s a well appointed kitchen in the apartment and you can order fresh bread for a small fee. We opted for the buffet breakfast in the restaurant which was delicious. Angela the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay at Strobl apartment.
