For me no issue, but for some people walking stairs instead of a lift might be an issue when on the top floor.

The communication was amazing, upfront and during. The room was very comfortable and the location for skiing was simply perfect!!! Finally, and most importantly, the helpfulness of the personal!

Our room window was viewing directly into other room and that is very weird and uncomfortable. Next time I will ask for some other room.

Everything is new, neat and clean! Kitchen is well equipped and functional! Ski room is large clean and well heated, easily accessible from parking. Eatery server great pizzas (didn’t try other food) and morning bread service is amazing! Sauna and relax area are great!

no lift - didn´t matter to us, I am just noting it door on WC got stucked at some point, when opening no soap next to the sink in the bathroom (only body wash in the shower)

great accomodation right accross the cable car in Obertauern. The hosts were incredibly nice, coffee was good, the whole object is very nicely furbished in modern and cosy style. I liked the smell of body wash and body lotion provided. Small but very cosy wellness, with tea and water for the guests.

There isn’t elevator in the hotel so climbing up to 3rd floor after skiing is exhausting and carrying luggage several times up the stairs is no pleasure. It is not ski to door as it was advertised.

This is a modern place with nice apartments. There is a cool restaurant and bar inside. Staff was friendly. You could order fresh bread in the morning in front of your apartment. There is a really great sauna area which we enjoyed a lot.

In my opinion the variety and quantity of the breakfast was not enough for the price we payed. I know it is also about the food waste but I believe the hotel could lower the price for 25% and it would be fine to pay for what you get. As the main reason for staying is skiing, most of people tent to eat well in the morning.

I have no remarks but breakfast one. The host was super nice, rooms were clean, it was warm enough, the location is great.

The pillow is a bit too big (there are smaller ones that are better for sleeping) The location is good but still some way away from the city centre. We walked but it might be better to take the taxi (although I heard they are quite expensive)

although obertauern is very high in altitude ,the view from all the rooms is good but not as expected from such a high property, but yu still do have some sort of view.

the hosts at this hotel were absolutely amazing , friendly and helpful. being that we were a large family we were accommodated by host with rooms that had a wonderful big porch adjoining. the rooms/apts are beautiful modern and new with great amenities. the lobby is tasteful and comfy. they offer cleaning and linen change twice a week there is a restaurant on premises , (which we didnt use for dietary restrictions) , but, it was always full and customers looked so satisfied. there is a big roomy , modern , pretty sp which is available upon request everything with a smile , and the host was available even off hours via , text , phone or email.

The biggest issue was the restaurant was closed on Tuesday (Ruhetag) without any warning, at least I was not aware of any heads up. We were planning a dinner on that day and there was no other place in a walking distance, available. That was quite bad. Also, for the Plan B, the nearest and only grocery store is almost 2 kms away, so if you don`t feel like driving, it`s a long walk there, and back.

Very friendly staff at the reception, good feeling on arrival. The room was super clean and nice. Kitchen excellently equipped.

There is a coffee machine, but the filters were not available, not only in the apartment but they didn't have them at all so you couldn't really use it.

Really nice apartement! The facility has been just renovated. Very friendly staff. Perfect location close to lift/gondola, right across the street. A bit far away from the citycenter and uphill, but there is a restaurant on site with very tasty Italian dishes! There is also a ski room and sauna for everyone. We would definitely come back!

It was a modern style apartment, but there's no space to place your staff in the bathroom, next to the beds, ski jackets and so on, no think in the toilet, one bathroom.. Not really comfortable, for six persons for a "nice" price.

It's on a perfect location, nice view, warm, clean and there's everything for skiing right on the other side of the road. The apartment is clean and new.
