You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HungaryWe did not like the fact, that we need to leave :) The 6 year old asked, if we can stay for the entire year.....
The location is superd selection for a set of trips we have done in the area. Zell am See is an hour drive, Lammerklamm 30 minutes, Hochkonig as well. The apartment is having proper spaces, well equipped kitchen, up-kept, maintained furniture, and a view to the landscape that is never to be forgotten - photos on the booking site of the apartment are appropiate. The hosts are quiet, local, and extremely nice people. We went there for the second time and all of the moments, we spent there we enjoyed. High recommended.

Location of the house is excellent. Quiet area, overlooking the forest, still a couple of minutes close to the supermarket, and the town centre. People walking on the street waves their hand towards you. House owners are kind, nice, warm people. The appartman is well built up, contains everything that you would need with 3 kids.

Appartment Kainhofer turned up to be an excellent choice! Rosemarie, the host, gave us a warm welcome and answered every question we had. The rooms are spacious. The appartment was very clean and fully equipped down to the little details. The kitchen has everything you need with high quality dishes, pots and pans. There is a washing machine available for the guests which we made good use of. The area is quite with beautiful views. The supermarket is 5 minutes away by car.
