The paprika chicken in Cervus restaurant is not to the same standard as the rest of the menu. Also, there is an offer st rhe hotel that children can stay for free, therefore, lots of noisy, young children (and dogs) at the hotel.

Great location, excellent facilities, and choice of restaurants. The food was brilliant overall. The Fuchsbau is definitely a worthwhile treat! The room was clean and comfortable.

The temperature of the bedrooms at night was unbearably hot. Asked reception for them to adjust but there wasn’t much difference. Had to open the window in the end. Also the ‘skip the cleaning’ option in the touch pad could be made reversible.

Great lakeside location, good breakfast and GREAT indoor pool area. Great to have warm swim and be able to look out onto the snowy grounds.

Exceptionally good hotel in a beautiful location. Everything was very clean, the spa/swimming pool facilities were perfect, and the bar-restaurant was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us at all times, especially Diana that helped us with many recommendations during our breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon.

The sortiment of food is so less for (halbpension)/buffet and also breakfast. The ambiance for dinner is like eating in fast food. The infrared cabin was not functioning.

The hotel is clean and smells good, and the toilet/bathroom is well mentioned. The front desk was swift in checking us in and informing us about the time of spa area/ dinner.

The entry is eo welcoming. Wellness centre amazing. All staff were very friendly with Diana at breakfast exceptional tending all our needs and giving holiday tips. Loved the pretty setting and spacious room and loved the bar! My new favourite cocktail is White Cosmo made there. The view from breakfast room was spectacular.

The water at the pool was too cold. The beds in the room are two beds, not a big one and this created a little bit of discomfort while sleeping

The staff is extremely friendly, one of the few hotels where staff payed attention to every detail, spoke very nice and were very efficient. The room was very big, the breakfast good, the fried eggs were the best. And at the breakfast there was a lady serving us that was amazing, very polite and careful for our wellbeing at the table

There was no elevator to the room floor. There was no option to darken the room.

We were at the side of the hotel and it was a very noisy road we overlooked. As it was so hot, we needed the doors open and so we didn’t sleep too well with the traffic noise unfortunately. Go for a room that overlooks the lake.

Good varied breakfast, large hotel with great spa facilities. Friendly staff and pleasant restaurant. The lake is great for a long walk around it.

Good idea with the beach but you need to build a mole for people who want to have a swim. The water acess is full of deep mud which basicall is dead leaves and fish manure.
