Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lift was broken and my mum has a bad knee so that was the only issue climbing a lot of starts was not easy for her.

There is no kettle in the room, so you need to go downstairs to get tea and coffee. The lift wasn't working when we stayed so as you can imagine we did not get to use this perk much. The shower was a little small, the bed and bathroom both had some rough edges, a bit of marks on the walls and blood on sheets. I felt I did not get my moneys worth.
The lobby was very nice. I definitely felt like it was a posh hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There were numerous train and tram stops nearby.

Breakfast is much too expensive for what is offered. 15 euros per person. Nearby there is a Viennese coffee house which offers very good breakfast much cheaper. Very cramped feeling in the bathroom. Bathtub with separating glass instead of a shower cubicle is not state of the art. With the extremely small size of the TV, it's better not to have one in the room at all. I think my PC screen at home is much bigger. All furniture a bit old-fashioned and lovelessly put together. The flooring has its best years behind it.

I wish that whether or not breakfast was included was better explained - especially the price. Ended up spending €30 on 2 pastries because it was mentioned when breakfast was, but not the price of the food or if it was included. That would have been very helpful information that made the stay a bit less happy than anticipated.
Staff were mostly very helpful and the room was lovely

no way to warm food. there are free tea/coffee, but there is no access to microwave oven! but, you may use small fridge! (why?) breakfast is quite expensive.

we got a 3 bed room where the 3rd bed was a foldable couch not comfortable to sleep; we asked for change and luckily there was a spare room with another type of couch that was ok

There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. The shower doors (room 505) didn't close properly. The rectangular toilet looks cool and modern, but is really uncomfortable to sit on.

All was good.
Very comfortable, cozy rooms. Super friendly staff. Nice neighboorhood. The hotel offered free bikes to hotel guests, which made transportation around the city quick and easy.

Breakfast was a bit expensive and the room was a bit loud in the mornings due to people speaking in the other rooms/buildings. And there were no slippers in the room :(
Since the hotel was so close to the underground, we had no problem finding the hotel. The room was clean. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.

The heating system was a very old fan built into the ceiling (not sure what to call it) and it did not work whatsoever. We reported this to reception staff the very next morning after we arrived; they said they will raise this with the manager but nothing happened in the end (luckily the room wasn't really cold and we slept fine but that's besides the point). We also reported one of the windows being broken (as in, trying to open it meant it fell on your head if you didn't hold it up as only one of the hinges was still attached). Other things were that there were random spaces in the walls, including one that exposed the electrical wiring inside, which seemingly had been covered with a piece of wallpaper that was peeling off.
The room was ok sized for 3 people, comfy beds and nice bathroom, and it had a fridge which came in handy. The lounge downstairs is very pretty and there's free tea and coffee.

When we arrived, no one was at reception and the automatic doors would not open. This occurred despite the hotel sign saying the desk closed at 11pm. We were waiting outside the hotel for 20 minutes. After 4 attempts to ring the hotel, someone answered and gave me a code. I wish there had also been a kettle inside the room

Picture vc Reality Hotel room is bit under expectation, I mean you can see on photos great picture instead in reality you get scratched furniture in the bathroom. Also it's hard to sleep at night because of the carpeting. We needed to ventilate the room first to sleep over the night. Wardrobe was vintage too, it was definitely broken at the key spot and remained me of grandma village house.
