Bedroom itself was not bad but was not clean as expected for a Hotel - a strange red piece of something ( bug? Plastic?) on the table, one towel had a big brown stain, the edredon cover (bed) had a black stain, toilet moved when sitting, employees not empathetic. The AC had a black stain in the ceiling from the air. It may have been good before but nor now.

Garage availabity ( althought not possible to book). The possibility to being pets, which we did not bring, but that is important.

I suffer from a fever and there was a problem with the air conditioner and despite all this the manager gave me a fan in the room

One of the best experience in Wien, the possibility to have coffee and the in any time and gratis was excellent! It’s the best price in Wien for this high level of hotel.

Very clean, comfortable, well designed and cozy hotel rooms. The stuff was so nice. I would gladly stay there again.

The room was very small and smelled terrible. The carpet had stains on it. The breakfast area was stuffy, no air circulation. The food display and arrangement of the the trays and drinks were all in one small corner which made a huge congestion every morning at all times. There was only watery scrambled eggs; no boiled eggs. Location was not bad but not so many restaurants in the neighborhood

Location of the hotel was within walking distance to public transportation.

The room felt like an old grandma's apartment but not in a cozy vintage way. The furniture was very dated and probably hasn't been replaced in a long time. The bathroom while seemingly newer was also in poor condition. You could see water damage around the sink and the hand towel holder was very corroded, like something you would find in the bottom of a river. The once-white wallpaper was covered in filth.

The staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was good.

Plastic chairs in room were tacky. The rest of the room was very old fashioned and for the price I would have thought at least coffee and a few more amenities would be included for the price. The room also smelled very old fashioned and the bed wasn’t comfortable. I didn’t like the key system with the hotel rooms. It was faffy and a lot of effort

The rooms are certainly dated. In the photos they looked a lot more modern. The tiles in the bathroom are sooo slippery, my 7yr old almost knocked her tooth out when she slipped over. Our Nespresso in the room wasn’t working, my friends fridge in their room wasn’t working. But I guess we didn’t spend much so you get what you pay for

At first the room was not clean! Then asked for a clean one, and they offered a room with a small bed! Not the one we had paid for!

Near busy roads so noisy if window open, air-con in room helped a bit, it was very hot weather during our visit. But pros far outweigh this one negative comment.

Good location with access to U Bahn, and trams on various routes. Constant availability of hot drinks from machine in breakfast room until late at night, no cost. Bicycles available to borrow. 2 supermarkets & nice cafes/ restaurants close by. Could walk to the Volksoper.

Everything was great other than maybe the air conditioning may need looked at/updated. It did get very hot in our room.

Lovely hotel and polite helpful staff. Just a short walk from train stations so great for travelling to look around Vienna. The room was clean and a decent size for the two of us and breakfast was also very nice.

The room cleaning.

During our short stay we met 3 receptionists and all were extremely polite and helpful. What I disliked about this hotel was the room service and cleanliness. It is not typical of a 4 star hotel asking for bed sheet changing several times and not getting normal result for such a minor issue. One time they changed only the sheet, the other time only the pillow case etc., which of course is frustrating and does not provide the feeling of comfort. Also the used toiletries were not refilled/refreshed properly, my toothbrush fell down from my hand and I asked for another one they said they did not have 😒. After cleaning there was scattered rubbish on the floor. So this hotel should have maximum 2 stars, that would also apply to the breakfast quality which was shabby and weird.

Definitely is not a 4 stars hotel. It could do a bit of renovation, beds are old, you can hear everything from other rooms/corridors. And the reception smells a cigarette.

The hotel is very old, room is quite small, and everything is old. The carpet makes the room looks old and unpleasant. There isn't any staff, only 1 station at the check-in & check-out counter. We have 2 rooms, one room comes w toothbrushes, the other room none. When we ask the staff via a tablet, we were told they do not provide toothbrush, the other room was provided by accident! Not sure why is this so, no service provided. Quite a disappointing hotel to stay.

The location is fine but faraway city center for those interested in more near locations. The area is not busy but may be boring also. The hotel room lacks so much compared to other 4 stars hotel, no kettle no tea, or any other drinks just a bottle of water. The room cleaning is one of the things we didn’t like, no refills were done, no removal of wastes just bed making and change of towels was noticed. I cannot say that the hotel was bad, but still it wasn’t good enough for the money we paid and for the star rating it has.
