The furniture was a bit damaged. The light fixture was unscrewed, a piece of wood had come off the nightstand and was hanging loose, the table legs were very crooked, and the shower door was broken.

Cleanliness of the room was okay. Nothing disgusting, but there were layers of of dust in the closet and the floors were suspect. There was a fabric shower curtain in the tiny shower that didn't keep the water in, so the floor was soaking after every shower. The curtain was also too long so it kind sat in the water that pooled at the bottom for every shower. Which if they don't wash between guests would be problematic.... They didn't come to clean everyday, just provided towels, which turned out to be important because I needed extra towels for the floor! The hotel was also extremely noisy. My first night I had to ask other guests 3 times to be quiet because sound travelled so loudly into my room (my friend on the phone could hear the noise through the line).

Location was great (right near public transport to airport), 2 kms from main attractions (even less from hop on/hop off bus tour) and the breakfast added to the value.

Sewage problems, water does not drain into the sewer from either shower or sink. It is uncomfortable when showering and not hygienic. I got a room inside was two doors entering the neighbor room, the funny thing was that the door on my side was unlocked and I had no key to lock it, but from the neighbor locked, meaning physically the neighbor could enter my room. From the reception the key to lock this door they didn't give us, they day s that they don't have such keys.

The bathroom is extremely uncomfortable, it’s small, the curtain in the shower doesn’t help, everything is wet at once, because it’s very cramped in there. You need to wait 5-7 minutes for hot water, as it will be cold first.

The hotel is good. A big plus is that the tram runs frequently and is close. Top location There are pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, is comfortable. At the hotel reception the girl speaks Russian, a very nice plus. The hotel has machines with snacks, tobacco and water, that's cool. The hotel itself is not super new, but we were happy with the room, it’s spacious and not bad, it’s clean, there’s cleaning service.

The cleaning staff were awful. Some days they didn't clean at all, & one one day they flooded the room & just left it like that for me to find when I returned from my outing. (Reception was very good about mopping up the water when I told them.)

The location was excellent, close to a train station that took me directly from the airport, & also close to a tram stop that took me to wherever I wanted to go in the city. The room was cold at first, because the only heater was behind a piece of furniture; but when I mentioned it to reception, they delivered an additional heater very quickly.

Perfectly okay place to stay. Pretty good location, we only had 24 hours in the city and found that commute was convenient. it's like 20 mins walk to the centre, and there's a tram stop nearby + metro very closeby. Room is nothing special but is doing what its supposed to. Staff was okay, not very welcoming but not rude either.

Cleaner didn't close the door with a key. The shower was tiny.

In the room description, they wrote my room had a bathtub, but it only had a shower. It was a windy and cold day, I would love to have a nice hot bath, so that was a disappointment. Otherwise, it was good.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and I could check-in earlier than the normal check-in time. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The room was warm and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and they also had a luggage room, so they stored my bag after check-out. The tram station is almost in front of the building so it was easy to reach the downtown if you are a tourist.

The staff were a bit too eager to clear away breakfast at 10.00. They relented to let some of us later breakfasters finish without hurrying. Some flexibility is welcome when you arrive at just before 10.00 to finish off within maybe 30 minutes.

A bottle of water and/or a kettle in the room wouldn't hurt. I had neither. Also breakfast options could do with more assortment for vegans. Fruit and veg were below average.

Once, while we were having a breakfast, the sound of the fire alarm sounded very loud.

That there was drilling in the building, so I couldn't sleep. If there is to be drilling work in the building, guests should be informed beforehand.

The fact that we had a room immediately, even though we were already at the hotel before check-in time, so we could rest in the room after a long bus journey. As the heating in our room didn't work, we were given an electronic heater in the afternoon which warmed the room. The central location made it easy for us to get everywhere.

The bathroom needs improvement. Put shifted plexiglass in the shower. When someone takes shower the water goes on the floor and it gets really slippery. Also provide some soap!

Breakfast buffet is excellent! The location is very nice near to Belvedere and it takes only 30 minutes walking distance to reach the center. You can take 71 tram also right in front of the hotel. Moreover, the room is clean and everyday they provide new towels and clean the bins.
