There was no AC in the rooms (but they gave extra pedestal fan when asked) . Hotel designed mostly for Cold / Winter months.

Location was excellent, right in front of the Tram stop and nearby Train Station. Great Breakfast. We came direct from the Airport taking S7 Train line.

Very good location. Few tram station to the Opera. Train station to the airport is located 3-4 min to the hotel. Staff was kind and helpfull.

It was very hot in the room and only an Electric fan. No possibility to fully open the window.

Very clean and pretty place. There is a minibar and a nice common space at the ground floor.

The bathroom was very run down, it was relatively clean, it showed that it was cleaned recently but what can you do, when it looks like this? The checkout was at 11, and it was very poor customer service that the clening staff went over the hotel at 9 banging on doors and trying to get in rooms. Why do the not have a list of vacated rooms? Why do I have to be scared awake like it is a summer camp by someone trying to open my door by rattling the handle several times?? I get that it must hard to clean alll those rooms in time but dont do this.

The room we got looks like an attic. This is not even in the hotel photos. There are no air conditioners, we were there in the summer, when outside the window at night +27°C in the room there was nothing to breathe 🙈

Misleading information about time of the breakfast in the room,, dirty grout and lack of good ventilation in the bathroom.

Convenient location, close to the train station and to the city center, size of the room was ok, tasty breakfast with many options, wi-fi was ok, lift available.

The Wi-Fi was poor, and there was barely a signal in my room, as I was located at the end of the hallway. The road noise was a tad loud, too.

The check-in was very smooth! Although I arrived past midnight due to a delayed flight, I was checked in promptly. The room was high up and decently ventilated. The toilet was clean. The location of the hotel Is fantastic!

I had a room on the front , so was sometimes a bit noisy

Very easy to get to from the airport , as just a few minutes walk from the train station ( Rennweg) . Easy access to the centre as there's a tram stop almost outside

We had a door shared with the next room. It was locked by we could hear every cough. There is no air conditioner and half of the sockets don’t work. Tv didn’t have any channels either.

Very clean. We asked for a room not overlooking the street - so it was perfectly quiet. Very comfortable bed. Nice furniture. Excellent price

Just the bathroom was little small but overall it's a great budget stay.

Hotel Enziana is a value for money property.. Our check in and stay was seamless and there is a tram station located exactly outside the hotel. The rooms are decently sized and equipped.

The waiting time at check-in was too long, and I don't like check-in starting at 15:00 (and having to check out at 11:00). Not that it was a problem for me in this particular case, but the 14-12 should be standard everywhere.

Room was a bit small, but OK. Bathroom could be better - especially the shower cabin, but still it was acceptable. Location is quite convenient - near a tram stop and S-Bahn station.

The bathroom is a bit small, even as a solo traveler you might feel you do not have enough space. But you can manage.

You can have a 30 ish minute walk to the city center from the hotel. Also, to get to the airport, you can take the train from Rennweg (literally 3 min away from the hotel) and be there in max 30 min.

Hair drier was broken so you should repair for next customer;) and air fun in the bathroom also did not work so you need to check!

Toilet ventilation wasn’t up to par leading smells to linger. Perhaps check the ventilation.

Cleaners were a bit invasive knocking on the door and attempting to enter a key and gain access to the door if we didn’t answer quick enough.

Lots of supermarkets near by and front staff weee very friendly. Not too far from the main district of Vienna.
