Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumVery dirty: hair everywhere in the room, disgusting bathroom with mold and without shower curtain… Chair is stained… Very noisy: impossible to sleep at night because you hear people talking very loud in the corridor of the rooms
I would not recommend that hotel: very noisy and very dirty

United KingdomTiny old fashioned bathroom with curtain, dusty room, weird old modular pillows, maid didn't make a bed after another day, loads of noise from other guest having night parties, breakfast very poor in quality and selection, bedside lamps didn't work and were not fixed within day after we highlighted issue, misleading info about breakfast - it says it's until 11:30 in the room but it's closed at 9:55. No refrigerator in the room. Small bed.
Mattresses were firm which we liked. Location isn't bad either

AlbaniaBreakfast was not included in the final price. Despite the fact that we had asked for something like this.
It was not in a good area. Baggage security was not where it should be. The rooms are very small.

United KingdomDuring my stay which possibly couldn’t be helped there was a fire in the hotel. Which made us be out of the hotel after 6am one morning until 8am. I personally felt like people in the hotel didn’t get an apology for what happened or to see how we were. Also during my stay when returning back to my room late at night the cleaners had forgot to lock my room, so it was unlocked for anyone to go in during the day. I made the lady who was working when I checked out aware of the situation but unsure if she understood.
The location was great for my stay, plenty of transport to easily get around the city.

PolandThe hotel rooms don’t look exactly like the pictures. The main difference is the bathrooms, they vary depending on what room you get. Cleanliness is ok but there was a lot of dust in our room which looked like it wasn’t cleaned very often. We had a fire alarm during our stay and it was very quiet. This could have easily been missed by an elderly person or simply dismissed as a test. The only reason we actually got up and checked was because our window was open and we heard the sirens from the fire truck. If it was a serious fire, this could have been harmful. We didn’t receive any recompensation for the fire alarm which was at 7am on the Sunday, a free breakfast for example would have been a nice gesture. Overall if it was ~15/20% cheaper and the fire alarm situation didn’t happen then i would rate it around a 6.
Location was great, only 1km from the city center and nearby a tram stop. Staff was polite and helpful. Cleanliness is ok, the standard daily change of bedding nothing more nothing less.

United StatesThe property pictures completely misrepresented the room we received. There was no furniture side from a lonely TV along one entire wall, the only source of light when we walked in was the one over the door. The beside lamps weren't even plugged in. They're was a fan to make up for the lack of air conditioning but somehow even on high it didn't move enough air to be felt 3 get away.
The lobby was nice. There were no need bugs or anything

AustriaSTAY AWAY from this hotel!!!! I just left after seeing the room and above all the bed (brrr). The bed was the most disgusting I have seen. The thought of having to lie down there made it feel like you would catch vermins. There were no proper under sheet, just the kind of terry cover as (normal!!) ppl use as a cover UNDERNEATH (!) normal sheets. There was no normal undersheet! HOw weird and disgusting is that? Yuck! And nothing was clean really, just let me say that. IT felt like the rooms interior would not even be possible to clean properly. There were so many strange materials. When I saw the room I went down to the reception and asked about the absence of normal bed linen and was offered another room (because I thought the cleaning lady just had had a bad day and had made a mistake when she/he made the bed, but how wrong I was...). But the second rooms bed did not either have normal bed linen: No proper undersheet , only the same extremely unfresh terry cover and then a bed cover and pillow but no proper sheet to lie down on. The cleaning felt overall bad and the rooms just exuded unfreshness. It felt like one wanted to alcogel every single area but most of all the .... (brrr) bed. Also; uglier interior decoration than at Enziana one has search thoroughly for. The strange thing is that I actually lived at Enziana for around two years ago and even though I found it ugly I do not at all remember it as bad as now. I remember it as normal three star hotel. If it had not been proper bed linen in the beds then, I would have reacted strongly so... my advice to anyone running a hotel: NOrmal, clean, fresh bed linen WITH A NORMAL UNDER SHEET is a must year 2024. and not only some da¨¨ hysterically unfresh terry cover,. That is, if you dont want ppl to come, see and the immediately leave from the pure sight of a room (as I did). But if

PolandThe room was dirty. It seemed that it wasn't cleaned after the previous guest. There were hairs all over the bathtub, the floors were dirty. After asking the reception whether there is a possibility to clean the room, the receptionist said that only tomorrow. I was suggested a different room which was even worse.
The hotel is in the convenient location and close to the station with the trains to the airport. The breakfast was good.
