The staff could have been a little more friendlier. They are more busy with other things than help the guest. Small bathroom and lights not working.

Cleaning was not good, in the night we couldn’t sleep because sounds were coming from lobby and another room.

The room was dark(no proper light bulbs). The bathroom wasn't clean and had mold! We had to skip the daily shower. The room had a bad smell(we opened the windows for a few hours, slightly helped). We had struggles to close the door to the bathroom. The bed was squeaking.

Room small and run down. carpets in hallway filthy.. Fire alarm due to smoker in room, stopped lift for hours. not much good when you have poor knees and on 7th floor ! breakfast limited unappealing choice and overpriced, so did not eat there.

Not the best shower, but for one night sufficient.

Perfect location, near Prater (6 minutes) and Vienna Airport (18 minutes). Lots of restaurants And shops nearby, most welcoming staff.

the bathroom did not have ventilation, in the room noise was constantly heard from the room next to ours, because the two rooms had a door that connected them both but normally closed, we asked to change our room but we did not receive an answer from the staff

The soundproofing was really bad, not something the hotel can change, but a huge problem if you're a light sleeper (I thankfully am not, but I also suffer from insomnia sometimes).

The place was clean, accessible, comfortable, great wifi, nice bathroom, super comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and approachable.

Cleaning is a big problem, don't look under you bed... And check your mattress, some of them might be not comfortable and very durty.

This property has no value to call it hotel. No wonder they have no stars or reviews. - Dirty: Everywhere on the floor in the lobby and lifts you could see rubbishes. The public toilet in the lobby was smelly. In the room, the toilet papers were old we could say haven’t been changed for a long time, they turned yellowish and dry. The bedding was too old and had marks on it. - Awful bedding: There was no bedsheet on the beds, only a mattress protector. The pillows are so strange a thin layer of something fluffy but I wouldn’t call it pillow. - Noisy: in the room you can hear other rooms moving around and talking, the host were fixing things in other rooms early in the morning and cause a lot of noises as well. - Hosts: They seem unaware of things happening in the hotel. example: at night we changed room in the morning I asked the reception to check to previous room we left glasses behind, he said that room is occupied, after discussion and insisting turned out they have us in their system still in the old room. They were kind people but very unprofessional and careless. He could not bother to help me check the old room and finally when we did luckily i found my glasses. - Locker: The locker room to keep the luggage and baggage for the early or late check in has no lock and it’s open! so strange!

The only advantage about this property was the access to trams and trains. one direct train from airport.

Very good location to everything, up the road from direct airport train route. Older hotel in Rennweg, very comfortable and just perfect for the price. They definitely do not deserve some of the awful reviews on here. If you want five star pay hundreds around the corner. But value for money ..... this place has it !!!

My room wasn’t clean enough, there was dust and I found an eye-lent in the bathroom and hair all over the sink. The shower is very old

The bathroom is really small and quite stinky. The bathroom fan is hardly working and the shower has a dirty tent to close it: it was almost yellow. Tv is not working in any way and there's not a fridge in the room. After 2 days, we discovered they entered the room to change the shower tent: they did not make the bed nor changed the towels.

The hotel is a 30 min walking away from city centre; you can get there from the airport with a direct train. Belvedere is just 5 minutes walking and there are supermarkets all around the street. The hall is big and nice and the elevators fast; the room looks nice with all the wooden furniture.

Very dirty place, even the outside of the hotel it’s without maintenance. The bathroom it’s very old, ugly and without curtains so the water went out of the shower Even it’s cheap I don’t think it should be that dirty , I have been in cheaper and older hotels but they are clean,
