Cleaners don’t per standard clean every day. One cleaner was also rather grumpy when he saw that we had little dogs.

Most irritating to me was the slogan: “get the vibe” The Vibe to me was that there’s almost only Croatian Staff employed whom even Train in gym and use Saunas whilst not referring to Spa Codex. The Vibe doesn’t feel like you’re in Austria at all. The vibe feels like staff invites Croatian friends, family and staff from other enterprises over for free spa, gym and dinner experiences. At the same time guests paying around 400€ a night at the time. You can clearly see and feel whom belongs there and who doesn’t just by outfits and behaviour. I did actually ask 3 individuals on different days during small talk how they ended up there due to their inappropriate behaviour in frank and friendly manner. We even felt intimidated complaining due to staff performance. The Vibe was: Director is on holiday and no one gives a … - get it.

We really enjoyed it’s location and the Spa facility although it’s opens way to late (12:00 midday) and closes much too early (19:00) which we could not understand. Gym operating hours are although much too short which doesn’t make any sense either. (7:00am - 7:00pm) Dinner ist just terrible from all aspects.

it seems the hotel does not have enough team members to cope with some processes, especially during dining - long waiting times, the buffet for dinners was pretty modest in terms of main courses ( 3 days in row just beef and fish), also not smooth delivery of food green wibes is nice idea if this works, cleaning once in 3 days ok with a chance to ask for daily cleaning ( we did one day but when we came back from hiking tours the room was not cleaned and we need to wait another 45 min to get clean towels etc). Reception desk partially ok partially not, it would not bad if there are two machines for credit cards to avoid long time by checking out, also to ask how was your stay and wish nice journy with smile is something what was missing:-))) in general its not big deal to improve all this to get really on 4 stairs level hotel which is still not achieved fully according our view, good luck and i am sure you get there soon and will expand your team:-)

in general we have mixed feelings from stay in this hotel, there are plenty good and nice things - the hotel itself is very nice, the location is beautiful, breakfast also very good, very friendly and helpful house cleaning lady Andrea and some other team members, nice terrace and views from the room.. the opportunity will be written in second section .. but the countryside is beautiful and we enjoyed our holiday:-)

I'm not usually a picky sleeper when it comes to beds but the mattress in our room was by far the softest we've ever slept on. Both of us really struggled to fall asleep and feel comfortable. Also, because of the summer time a lot of the services (e.g. massages) were reduced and limited to small windows. We weren't able to enjoy everything as much as we would have liked due to some inflexibility.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick overnight during the summer time while we hiked some trails close by. The place is new and stylish with a nice little spa inside. The food was good and had various options for the dinner and breakfast we enjoyed with the stay. The views from the balcony and panorama bar were beautiful.

They charged even the coffee pods. Although that was cheap, I found not a good strategy of the hotel considering that it is a very expensive hotel. I have been there with my partner for 3 overnights and we got 4 coffee pods for free.

The apes ski terrace could be a bit more fun and not close so early. We have stayed here before and recognise that the Piste side rooms get more sun and a better balcony.

Great modern hotel with good facilities and ski room. Food is good but not special. We had to get our Dinner/breakfast table moved as we were put in a poor spot originally but thereafter all was good. On the last day we noticed you could request different eggs. If we had known this was on offer we would have made use. Thomaz behind the bar needs a special mention. He looked after us very well indeed.

Main issue as a coeliac was that dinner/ breakfast is primarily buffet and whilst there was the usual ‘gf’ corner nothing on the buffet was marked so it was a total lottery as to whether items were GF or not.. which I found out to my cost! Main/desert was served at the table so that was ok but there were never any gf desert options apart from cheese. Food overall was average and if there was one thing that would stop me returning it would be the food.

Ski in/out was excellent. Ski/boot room directly accessed the slopes. Spa was totally amazing, extensive facilities and beautifully equipped. One of the best ever! The rooms were really comfortable and beds excellent

It's only really ski in ski out if all the lifts are operational which they often weren't due to wind. Not the hotels fault but it's buses or a hike if the weather is bad.

The facilities are excellent. The staff were smartly dressed and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff are some of the best I've seen. And I've worked in the industry for over 30 years. The restaurant team were all very professional. Particularly the manager who's name escapes me but she was fantastic VAYA has assembled a really good team here. Well done.

The ventillator of the bathroom was noisy and it did not stop for about an hour after switching off the light.

Excellent design, beautiful views, superb wellness facility. Wonderful access to the ski slopes. Friendly young staff. Very well equipped ski room. Good food.

In the evening after dinner there is only little space to have a drink, so all was full which was a shame. if you need to complain about anything, wine selection not the greatest and at breakfast no fresh eggs- or at least it wasn’t shown that we could order.

One hotel lift failed on Friday night and was still out of service when we left on Monday. Nice room decor but some details were "off" e.g. glass screen for the over-bath shower prevented operating the bath plug without climbing into the bath!

Nicely upgraded hotel with good service and spectacular access from ski room (secure ski and heated boot storage) to and from ski pistes right alongside. Superior restaurant, good but not spectacular wine list. Friendly and attentive staff. Extensive spa with an impressive range of facilities (pool, saunas, steam room, infra-red room, ice pool...). Comfortable rooms with "alpine timber" decor. Nice public spaces.

This hotel clearly has a challenge with restaurant staff. The evening dinner servings were so bad it was comical. I would not say the staff were rude and they did try their best. However, at dinner service you could see most tables experience wrong food, wrong quantities, delays between courses. My guess is the staff are new and will get better over time. Most dtaff do not speak German/Austrian which was not an issue for us but a surprise for many That said, for the price I think they need to do more. staff need better training and they need better ways of working.

Very beautiful hotel with amazing views even in the summer. The room with balcony was good, although because there is not really a badroom space there is not enough space for towels and other stuff to hang. The bed was amazing! Breakfast and dinner were both available from a buffet, which made it a little less good than when I would be served in my opinion.

All the food except breakfast did not meet our expectations. Really shame for such a hotel, they should have hire a better chef. For dinner most of the food taste just bland, undercooked potatoes and I could keep going. Attitude of some employees. Receptionist should explain everything during check-in but we received zero information, so during breakfast we had to move for other guests because apparently you need to keep your original table for the whole of your stay. No Wi-Fi password provided, we had our mobile data so not a big deal, you need to ask for everything but they should be the one to explain automatically all these informations.

I really enjoyed the wellness area which was not busy during summer. We used finnish sauna, pools and steam room. Hotel is nearly new, you can see everything is nearly new and keep maintended. They have around 5 charging stations which is really good, we charged our car free of charge. Great breakfast, variaty of milks and sweet pastry. Choice of cheese, yogurts, ham and so on. The hotel/restaurant manager is professional and keeps the hotel going. Will come back again this year and hopefully I can change my review to better next time.
