Minor points but to be even better, it would have been good to have more selection in the mini bar and if the room service had been available a bit later than 10pm.

Absolutely fantastic location minutes from many of the main attractions. Great sized room and comfortable bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we had a very happy stay. Would definitely recommend.

THERE WAS DRIPPING FROM THE HEATING IN THE BATHROOM, I MENTIONS IT BUT WASNT FIXED. IT DIDNT RUIN MY STAY AND DIDNT REALLY CONCERN ME SO MUCH SO I CANT COMPLAIN. BUT THIS IS ALL. ALL IS PERFECT.

EVERYTHING WAS ABOVE A ND BEYOND EXPECTATION. THE LOCATION WAS SUPERB, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, WE BARELY USED THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION- ONLY FOR THE THERMA AND SCHONBRUNN. THE STAFF WAS SUPER KIND AND VERY HELPFULL, I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY. DEFFENATELY COMING BACK!!

Loved my little single room and breakfast was outstanding. Everyone was very helpful with early check in and managing my luggage. First time in Vienna for study abroad and it’s off to a great start!

The room was hot and it was hard to get to a comfortable temperature. We had to leave the window open, but that at times made it too cold. We did not like the dual comforters on the queen bed, they ended up coming off very easily while we were sleeping. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because we thought it was too expensive.

The room was a very good size and the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom was good size with modern fixtures. The room was also very quiet.

My only complaint is the quality of the bathroom towels as they were very hard. It feels like they have not been replaced for many years.

The location is excellent. The room and bathroom are very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The interior design of the hotel is magnificent as we felt that we experienced the true Viennese luxury.

Each bed had an uncomfortable, oversize square pillow, too hard and awkward, to use for sleeping, and a teeny little pillow, too small for sleeping. It would have been nice to have standard pillows.

Though the mattress of the bed was good, we didn't find the pillows very comfortable. One was too small and the other was too big... But we made do. We didn't have breakfast, so I can not comment about that. The lifts were a bit slow, and on some occasions, we had to wait for a few minutes, but this was not a problem for us.

I really liked the location. It was very close to everything we needed, the cathedral, the Musikverein, the Albertina museum. We also had great weather with crisp cold, which I rlly like. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean and nicely furnished. We also liked that the doors had traditional keys instead of automatic cards. I would definitely stay here again. It had positive energy.

We had small issues with cleanliness: we found a couple of old hairs in the bathroom as soon as we came in. One of the coffee cups in the room wasn't clean either. Also, they use an old key system for the rooms, where you drop off and pick up a large key when you leave and enter the hotel. Some staff would ask for your last name before handing you the key, but other staff would just give you the key when you told them the room number. This made me a little worried about security.

This hotel is a really beautiful, early 20th century style hotel. You feel like you're entering another world inside and it really enhances the feeling of being in the old town of Vienna. Our room had wonderful French doors overlooking a smaller street off of Kartner Street, so it wasn't too loud. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice and attentive. Good breakfast if it's not too expensive.

The heating was switched off. The coffee machine did not work. The receptionist was a little bit clumsy. Furniture was minimal: no chair and table.

it is in the center and the room's size is big enough to fit all the family. They provided the crib for the baby and we were all happy. everything is just walk away, so good place for attractions
