The old world charm. The room had original wood floors. The staff were accommodating with providing ice with water! An American thing. Dahlia was superb in customer service and went above and beyond. Sasha was a wonderful bartender. The elevator was old and traditional to the time I. Which the building was established.

The room service wasn’t great. They made the bed and changed the towels but didn’t clean the room well. Still, I would go again because I loved everything else. We didn’t have breakfast so don’t know about it.

Very clean, comfortable, and modern. Thoughtfully designed and very well equipped. Especially loved the heated bathroom. The staff were very kind. Everything was great. Location was perfect.

Hotel’s location is amazing! Especially if this is your first time in Vienna, it’s very convenient to walk everywhere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, thank you for being so warm to us:) we traveled to celebrate our son’s 4th birthday and the hotel made a kind gesture and sent a birthday cake to our room with a thoughtful note :) It was a beautiful gesture & delicious as well! The room was spacious, we had a king size bed and a sofa bed which was already converted to a large bed so it was pretty comfy for the three of us. The breakfast were also nice. We highly recommend Astoria Wien!

Location is unbeatable if you wish to explore the city by foot. The building is a beautiful historical palace with cool renovated rooms with simple but fine design. The room was exceptionally clean. Only note, they do not change your sheets unless you ask.

The hotel is on the busiest shopping street in Vienna with a casino opposite sadly for us our room faced that street so it was quite noisy at night plus the curtains in the bedroom don’t close properly looks like they run out of fabric to make proper large curtains so the very bright street shine through your room all night so I not perfect .

I found the room dark. We were upgrade to a bigger room but it was facing inwards and blocked by a large Air-conditioning duct. I would have prefered a smaller room but with a view of the street

Our AC didn’t work and we had to transfer room-but they accommodated us very quickly and we got the room just directly opposite which made the transfer so easy.

Fantastic rooms, perfect location near to the main shopping street but just far enough away from the crowds and noise. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For a property of this category, I'd have expected one complimentary drink or bottle of water per guest, especially when they opt out of daily housekeeping.

Very spacious, quiet and clean room with a comfortable large bed. The property is very charming, with historical details throughout Location is perfect for sightseeing.

No tissue provided in the room, the cleaners left a cleaning cloth in the bathroom. They are still using the key which you have to drop off at reception as it is very heavy.
