Nothing we didn’t like - only thing I’d say is we weren’t a fan of the plastic backed mattress protectors as they made the bed uncomfortably hot.

Central location right by Karlsplatz U-bahn station. Friendly, professional staff. Lovely welcome drink on arrival! Loved the decor. Had a query with the aircon on our first night which was sorted promptly and efficiently.

It's central location means a never ending crowd of tourists just outside. Very good if you want to be right on the city center.

If you want to be centrally downtown right in the tourist zone this is a really nice place to stay. Excellent hotel.

Amazing place and luxury one also the vibes of the hotel were great. I like location for shopping we didn’t use our car. The breakfast was good. The reception was smiling all the time and welcoming everyone. The old man who take the luggages he was kind and caring. The bed was comfortable.

An ironing machine would be a great addition to the room.

The location is perfect, you can each easily by any type of transport (tram/obb/car) the parking is just near the hotel, the welcome drink was amazing after a long flight delay, the staff are more than amazing, always smiling always helping, the room had every thing you needed, the design if new and comfy, the toilet is big and the shower is the best thing, the balcony is overlooking the pedestrian street with double doors to avoid any noise. The breakfast had good variety of food for the value of money. THE HOTEL IS JUST AMAZING! Will definitely stay in again.

The housekeeping staff entered our rooms TWICE when we were sleeping during the day. Even after complaining the first time it happened again which was really upsetting. To compensate for the same they offered us a cab till the airport which was helpful.

If you are visiting for the first time then I'd highly recommend this property as it is centrally located and everything is in walking distance. The property is recently renovated hence it is beautiful and very spacious. Good rooms, comfy beds and large bathrooms.

the air in the room would not go low enough so it was a little hot and stuffy in the room. we asked them to have an engineer look at it and he did but said it was the lowest it could go 72 degrees.

location was amazing. right in the middle of the old downtown area. close to museums. room balcony view was fun and breakfast was great. easy to access via the train and city transportation.

Nice breakfast buffet, extremely nice and kind staff, very helpful. Location second to none. Renovated room, not for all tastes but excellent quality and amenities. Focus both on sustainability and comfort. Highly recommended.
