The moquette was disgustingly dirty and the shower is 30 years old and super small. The reception opens at 8 am and the same goes for the breakfast service, this is very late for people being there for work reasons. Two of the three days I slept there I could not have breakfast because I had to leave before 8 and for the same reason I could not leave my luggage in their locker room. And you hear everything from the other rooms. They want to be a cool hipster place, but they are not there yet, sorry.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the pancakes I had for breakfast were really fluffy and tasty.

Everything was excellent

The hotel is modern, clean and located at an excellent location. The staff is nice and willing to help with anything. Would highly recommend everyone to stay here while visiting Vienna! :) Also, highly recommend the breakfast there. :)

The whole thing was more like a youth hostel. Not even remotely close to what was advertised. Air didn’t work, bed was horrible, bathroom was old and water sprayed everywhere when taking shower, breakfast was over priced, no phones in the room or tv.

There were black stains in the bathroom, and even if we stayed for 3 days and asked everyday to clean, they were never removed. The bed was without headboard, meaning that you sleep next to the wall. The moquette was full of stains

The restaurant wasn’t part of the hotel and charged inflated prices. The air condition didn’t work in the room, there were no chairs, the beds and pillows were awful. When we extended the price went from 180 a night to 60?? Total scam. This was supposed to be my elderly parents last foreign trip home from the US and they couldn’t even enjoy it as they had bean bags for chairs in their room!

I think we came in a worst time because outside was 36 degrees that day and room was probably 30 degrees. No air-conditioning just fancy fans to twist hot air inside. We hoped that during night it will get better so we opened windows but that did not change thing but we got a bonus Instead we could hear tramp passing by the hotel. Designer of the bathroom should burn in hell, shower is the smallest in the Guinness world record book and addition to that is whenever someone flush the toilet you feel the heat of the moment as one song goes. There is one chair to sit and 2 bags to throw yourself at the floor. For a family room it is bit difficult to stare 1 chair. No TV but WiFi is fine. Not sure why but all lights and gadgets in the room were unplugged, perhaps staff is afraid to get electrocuted.

Locacion is great and everything is within walking distance. Parking was close and cheap. Seems to be hip hotel but we end there.

No A/C - hot rooms, loud at night, the lobby is too cold. The restaurant staff were not welcoming. Very small and just one elevator. We've been told by other guests that there is a lot of theft in the rooms and not to leave any valuables in the room. Seems more like a hostel than a hotel.

Not all rooms are air conditioned all they give you is a fan and ours didn’t work. The window opened up into an alley so there was no way to get fresh air / breeze from outside. In 32 degree weather it was a pretty uncomfortable stay. The rooms also aren’t equipped with fridges so whilst you’re overheating you can’t even keep your drinks cold. The bathrooms are also all ugly and outdated which is why they don’t picture it on booking.com for you to see.

The lobby and reception area is nice. Our room was spacious. The breakfast served is good as well (albeit pricey for what it is).

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the bathroom was a little dated, but it was still a very good stay and overall quality was high.

The staff were incredible. Very friendly and helpful. Location is great - 5 mins from Augarten and the Prater, but out of the way of the tourist scrum. The food is the best we had all weekend.

Design of the room is just spectacular! The red bath in the middle of the room - that’s something You don’t see every day. The bed was so big and comfortable, that I would like to take it home 😁. I can only recommend!

I ordered 2 rooms for my family , we were placed on completely different floors, even though I booked it well in advance, no air conditioning couldn’t sleep was too hot, do yourself a favor and don’t stay here, staff was rude!!!!

Being so close to the Prater park and the Stephanplatz is why we chose this location and we were not disappointed. Very clean, comfy, and friendly staff. We'll definitely stay here again.

They lie. They are not there at the front desk until 4am. We got there at 10:30 and spent thirty minutes tracking them down. The cleaning lady started coming into our room without telling us in the middle of the afternoon, too.

Bathroom was very outdated, shower was dirty. Extreme temperatures in the room during entire stay. Basically you did not want to be in the room because even after a minute one started sweating; yet our room was on the second floor, no idea how warm it must have been further up.
