Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodative, answering all questions fully and promptly. The room is very spacious, so is the bathroom. I mean, it is really big. Breakfast is very nice home style, you can order at additional cost. Location is also great, there is train and subway stations just few minutes away. Great park in walking proximity. The only thing to notice that not every room has air conditioning, mine was without (clearly mentioned during reservation). For time of my visit it was ok but could be uncomfortable during hot times of the year.

Location was a tiny bit out of the centre but nothing a rental bike could sort out.

No AC during hot summer days was awful. They provided extra fan, but it was not enough. Shower cabinet could be more spacious.

Room size and cleanliness. Bed was also very comfortable. The location was great with good connections and also close to outdoor parks that was easy to get by just walking or running.

The door to the toilet was hard to open. We actually liked pizza odor in the room, until it became too persistent and we realized that it’s just something wrong with the ventilation system.

Atmosphere. Design. The location is quite ok, though it is not exactly “central” it is easy to get anywhere you need.

The location was great, the staff was amazing. Grocery stores are nearby and Praterstern railway station is 10 minutes away ( Praterstern park is near as well). At the end of the street there's a TRAM stop that takes you to the city center. We were staying at the hotel in August and there wasn't AC in the room, it was quite difficult with only a ventilator but opening both windows helped a bit. We had a pleasant stay considering the amount of money spent for 4 days.

Everything was just fine. Nothing really to complain about. In my room there was no air conditioning but a big fan to cool the air, which was a little noisy.

Very good place to stay while visiting Vienna. Friendly staff in the reception, restaurant on the ground floor (although I didn't use it, it was there for hotel guests). Good location, in a walking distance from Praterstern with metro and trams. Neighbourhood seemed to be rather safe.

It is unbelievable that in the year 2024 there is no fridge and air-conditioning in the room , on a 35 °C day not to have somewhere to store cold water or rely on 2 fans for coolness is a serious problem. I needed a freezer to put my coldpack for my injured leg and there was none , not even at the bar so i had to resort to geeting ice cubes from there I would stay there again any other time but the summer

We did not notice, that the rooms do not have AC - and we visited Vienna in the top of a heat wave. That made the room unbearably hot - there was a portable fan in our room, but it helped only a little. The room didn't have a fridge as well - in this weather it would have helped to be able to cool down some water. The second thing was, that in the restaurant downstairs you could pay with Card only in the morning - for some reason, it was cash-only in the afternoons.

We visited Babula with family for a city-break. Good public transport (both tram & subway just around the corner), walking distance from Prater. The hotel itself is small, with colorful, pleasant interior. On the ground floor there's a restaurant with great pizza and nice breakfast.

Needed either air con or able to keep window open for some more air flow. Did have fan though and had air con downstairs.

Good location near tube station. Can get into centre in about 20 mins. Good bathroom and amazing restaurant downstairs.

The staff are very understanding and accommodating! They actually made our stay! Shout out to Valerie for being awesome :) It’s clean and does the job. If during summer time just make sure you book a room with AC

Great location near Praterstern (subway and trains to airport, supermarket open every day till 10pm), very nice personnel, clean and comfy room, good wifi, several sockets
