The only problem is that hotel was little far from city center

Everything was perfect, hotel staff was kind, helpful and also proactive, breakfast menu included many favorite foods such porridge, egg benedict etc

The hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable. It’s about 20 mins walk to the centre. I chose non-air conditioning room and there was no problem at this time of year. It had one small window, a skylight and a very comfy bed. I recommend this type of room for solo travellers. The bathroom was big with tube. bed sheets and towels were clean. Receptionists were all young people, polite and helpful. I took no breakfast but a good size restaurant was available. Wi-fi was very good. Considering the price, highly recommended!

I recommend, the room was cleaned every day, at the reception Daniel always helped with my questions, he was very kind and attentive, very tasty food in the restaurant

Only shampoo and soap. No other toiletries. But they gave us iron and kettle on request.

The staff was very nice. Far from the centre but close to the tram stop and metro stop. Very quiet nice neighbourhood.

A nice and comfort place to leave once you trip in Vienna near a metro station that make your life easier with the transportations. I will recommend this one to my friends if they want to visit Vienna

The extra bed in the form of a folding bed was uncomfortable and damaged.

Breakfast ala cart, very tasty and good price. The Room including bathroom was clean and spacious. Parking nearby in the parking house for good money.

Good location: 30 minutes by foot or 2 U-stops to the city centre. A lot of sockets in the room.

The moquette in the room is horrible, the position is a little bit far from the centre but in 8 minutes by walking there is the metro or the tram station.

The room has enough space for two people and staff is super nice.

The room was less equipped and seemed a bit empty. Also the blind on the window was broken and we couldn’t pull it down.

We really liked the location of the hotel, it was close to the tram stop and in a verry quite location. Also the staff was verry nice and the styling of the hotel was cool.

There wasn't much we didn't like. Only the hair dryer in the room was not working efficiently.

Our room was clean and warm. Our bed was comfortable. Our next choice in Vienna might be Babula.The hotel is very close to the city center and transportation alternatives. Even though we couldn't go to the park nearby, just knowing it was there was enough.

The hotel was great value and the location was very convenient. The hotel offer breakfast and pizza for dinner both are great. Staff are friendly and the room was very spacious.

The bed was quite hard and there was no kettle in the room for making tea. The shower leaked outside. There was no TV-not so reasonable with the room price. But they have wifi.

It is near the city Centre. Staff were very accommodating and they have restaurant downstairs which is really accessible anytime when you want some food!

The breakfast was awful. The staff inattentive. The food covered in thick oil and sauce. Expensive for bad service and bad food. When i had finished my coffee/juice/water or my food the waiter did not clear my plate or ask if i would like something else. The tap beer i drank in the evening was warm. :(

loved the bed and the shower; the room on the 3rd floor faced the street but the level of noise was minimal. The bed was very comfortable with lovely crisp clean linen and many soft downy pillows.
