We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ChileEven in october it was quite hot and rooms dont have AC. As they have a restaurant on the ground floor you cannot open the window at night as it is noisy as hell. Its a good 30min walk to the city center

CanadaWould prefer more shelf or drawer space for those with larger groups or those staying for a long period. Bathroom could offer more toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) for those that may need it. Also, can sometimes hear other guests talking in the other room/hallway; but noise was usually kept to a minimum during our stay.
Very cute hotel with hipster like vibes in a great location with friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel room had a modern industrial vibe with all the basic necessities and was large enough to fit 3-4 people comfortably. Restaurant was delicious!

Very comfortable bed, pretty spacious room, nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious vegan&veggie options for breakfast. Lovely ambient in lounge area and also in restaurant. Pretty close to city center, a nice 1/2 hour up to Albertina Museum, e.g, on Taborstrasse.

Super nice staff. We got a discount on a delicious breakfast for staying in the hotel. It's a good hotel to stay the night, close to a tram station that takes you to the city center in less than 10min. Also close to the Prater park.
