I alerted when I booked if I could have checked in a bit earlier but when I arrived despite there were people checking out early in the morning, like at 9 AM I had to wait until 2 PM before I was able to get in the room and as I was coming from a long trip and slept little so I really did not appreciate that

Our room was at the top thus it was a little bit warm in there.

It was in a good location for quick reach to Prater and to Us and Tram #2 heading to the center. The area is very calm with good restaurants from all around the world, with shops and a lively market. The Hotel is perfect for a few days period, the guys are very friendly and helpful and if you want a Napolitan style pizza U just order it into your room. Btw room, our room was huge compared to an average hotel room. Don't miss the Kosher store and deli 2 corners from there.

Shower had low pressure and water temperature was hardly settable. Breakfast starts too late.

Location strategic, 5 minutes walk to the metro station and to the Prater garden. Large room and comfortable lounge chair. Very quick self check-in as well as the check out.

The sound isolation in the room is not perfect, it was possible to hear the neighbors who were in the corridor and it may be a bit disturbing for people who need silence to sleep. But all in all it is a little minus among many pluses :)

The hotel is nice, absolutely fine for a one day stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable and actually everything met my expectations. The location is superb! Next time if in Vienna I will definitely book this hotel again.

Room furniture is a bit too essential, and some smell of smoke gets in from somewhere outside. Towels are too small.

Room was extremely warm and the air conditioning was not operable and no fans could be provided, it was very difficult getting sleep. Room was very minimal and bare, it would’ve been nice to have had a mini fridge or something at least. Bathroom was very tired too and could probably use a refurbishment

Staff were very friendly and the pizza restaurant downstairs did fantastic pizza. Public transport links were okay.

Super cool place to stay with a relaxed atmosphere and super friendly staff. Rooms are functional and comfy and offer Gera value for money. Defo worth getting the breakfast here also that they offer to guests at great prices.

For the price we paid, it definitely didn’t feel like good value for money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I was really disappointed with this hotel.. The room was very dusty, which made it uncomfortable, and we couldn’t even open the blinds to let in any fresh air or light. On top of that, there was no seating area or TV, which made it feel more like a bare room than a hotel stay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Cleaning was not enough and there was no coffee set and iron in the room.During the cleaning for 2.day , the employees could not take a towel of my room and leave a new one on it.

The bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking there. It was terrible. I hoped that by opening the door it would vanish. It didn’t. I did not see in the advertisement that they won’t have a TV. I would have loved to know that before.
