They need to think more about room’s hygiene. For 4 days no one cleaned the room. Only changed the towels. It’s not enough.

No kettle in the room, had to wait nearly an hour for someone to turn up at reception when our room card stopped working. This was due to her having to run between hotels to cover a sickness however this should never be a noticeable problem to the guest. This was around midnight and is not acceptable

Nothing, everything was great

Very nice located hotel close (10 Min walk) to the train station (direct train to/from the airport). A nice funny designed hotel placed in an old building on the quiet side street of a nice part of Vienna. I had just a short night stay but really enjoyed it. The bathroom, the walls on the rooms, the floor its all dirty and they do not have slippers to use them, also theres no TV, room was cold, it smelled in the lobby and in the elevator

I booked in one day after I extended my stay for more two nights but imagine for all those days my room was not cleaned even after reminding them every morning I stayed in the same bedsheets for three nights and no water neither soap was given to me .. i kept on reminding them, and nothing was done. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough. The shower space was tiny and the water was cold at some point during a shower, then become again hot. The bathroom was dated. It need a renovation but for a few nights it’s ok.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The food at the pizza restaurant was excellent! Location is perfect. Walking distance to the Prater and metro station.

The location of the hotel was really nice. With the number 2 tram and metro train stops nearby, we could reach the city center very easily. The communication of the hotel staff is very successful and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly and sincerely. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathrooms are the same way. The area where it was located was very safe and decent, we had no trouble returning to our room at night. We were very satisfied with my friend, we would recommend it to everyone :)

I had a terrible experience and no daylight in the room The owners took over an old hotel and modernised it in parts, which is a good idea. Some areas look great, others have just been painted over. I’m not sure if the works have been completed or are ongoing . Either way, the place reminded me of a hostel. I cannot understand the good rating. I booked a room for 4 nights and the room I booked was large but incredibly dark and not very clean and did not look like in the pictures, which are very misleading. The sofa bed was unfolded so I couldn’t sit on it: even though I’d booked the room for single occupancy. I had a small desk but no wardrobe, toiletries smelled good but were minimal (no body lotion, conditioner etc). The blinds were half broken, there was no mini fridge, breakfast was not included. The worst thing by far was the lack of daylight. I had to keep all lights on all day and started feeling really depressed after two days. The bathroom has not been renovated, just painted over. For EUR 130 per night this was not worth it. It’s also worth noting that there is a pizzeria in the same building so there’s a smell of charred wood. Breakfast is not included. The same owners also run hotel Zola where I recently stayed for a much lower daily rate and it was absolutely magnificent.

Kept messaging me about check in times when we cleared up I wasn’t getting in until later that night and even originally stated I wasn’t arriving until 9-10pm. I can’t control flight delays etc

The staff is amazing, the room is quite and has everything needed. We were also allowed to check in a bit earlier which was amazing as I was traveling with a kid. Yes, the rug looks a bit old but I didn't question the cleanliness at all.

It is difficult to make a good review after what happened when we arrive with our little child. When I made the reservation I asked about check in hours and they confirmed me that check in is available until 4 am. We arrived with our 3 year old son at 11:30 PM and nobody was there, they left a sign with a phone number, when I called the receptionist said that she would arrive in 20 minutes... long story short we were able to check in 35 minutes after our arrival. They offered us a free breakfast the following morning for the inconvenience, that was nice but is still unacceptable not to have staff available when you arrive late al night, after 2 flights and with a child. The room was ok, beds were uncomfortable. No TV. They didn't clean the room in 4 days, they only changed towels. Definitely, this hotel is not for families. I would never come back.

The hotel is good connected with many public transport near by. Breakfast available at additional cost.

The carpet

Attention to detail - shower door not closing properly, broken shower head, grubby carpets, lunch in the restaurant was served cold.

Price reflects the standard and quality. Friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable beds.

Great place for a short trip to Vienna. Close to public transportation, close to downtown, with grocery stores nearby, close to a park and a quiet and safe neighborhood!
