Bunk bed side didn't have curtain at all. Kids were woken by daylight very very early!!! That's a joke.

Very nice hotel, nice and clean room. the room was spacious. wifi was great. the staff were super friendly and willing to help. the pizza in the hotel restaurant was really good and authentic. the hotel is about 26 walk from Stephansplatz (city center)

The bathroom was a bit run down and the carpet had big stains but didn’t bothered us much be honest.

Everything seemed fine. This is my second stay at the hotel and I am still not disappointed in anything.

Nice room, very pleasant staff. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from city center, and not too far away from the UN center in Vienna. It is easily reachable by public transport from the airport. I strongly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly, super helpful and they made us feel welcomed. The place was cozy, warm and clean and the location near the centre with a 20-25 minutes walk which was a perfect distance to explore the rest of the city. Food was also very delicious! We'd be definitely coming back here if a trip to Vienna is in the making again.

The only thing missing from our room was a mini fridge! Apart from that everything was great!

The hotel is comfortable and the front desk is kind and accommodating. Check in was fast and easy. please order a pizza at the restaurant downstairs!! Really really good!! We arrived late and had 2 delicious pizzas!

everything was super, clean beds, clean bathroom, the size of the room is excellent, the temperature control function in the room is special, thank you, this is very cool! The restaurant left a mixed opinion because the pizza is excellent, very tasty, but the breakfast seemed to be a small portion and separately tea for 5 € is too much! There is not enough electric kettle in the room! Otherwise, everything is super location and cleanliness is the most important thing, we were satisfied (with a child everything is fine)

the carpets in the room were dirty and they do not offer any slippers which extremy weird for a hotel. in the bathroom, the shower had fungus in the corners and the hair dryer was very old abd had dust in it.
