We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaWi-Fi was very weak after we came home in the evening, even after 11pm. The staff explained that the hotel was full and that was the reason, but that was no excuse. The bedside sockets did not work in both rooms. The furniture is a bit old. The toilet door is glass and sliding, does not lock, does not close tightly and does not give privacy, it moves noisily, which disturbs if the other person in the room is sleeping.
Connecting rooms are extremely convenient when traveling with family and children. The place is quiet, although there is currently a subway under construction in front of the rooms and the construction works start from 6am, they rest on the weekend. Rooms are cleaned daily. It has everything you need, the room size is good. Very communicative place. The metro stop is literally in front of the hotel, and a bus stop is on the next block.

United KingdomPerhaps the milk rationing in rooms. Perhaps it’s the rule that people only get the 2 little milk pots. As a tea/coffee with milk drinker I found this a little odd. We did ask at reception and again only 2 pots were given.

GreeceHotel was adequate however there were many groups and there was not enough room to accommodate for breakfast and the buffet ran out quick and was not replenished, the coffee machines were not topped up regularly enough and one of the waiting staff was just plain rude. Room was basic, floor was very worn but housekeeping did a good job making sure it was clean. Reception staff were lovely. Located near a metro station which was good but there was ongoing construction near by.

I liked the location, the metro 2min walk from the hotel. The comfortable bed, the strong shower, the tea kettle, one trash can in the room, one in the bathroom. I also liked the layout of the room. It was a typical Austrian quality hotel. Good value for money.

Location was fine, immediately in front of the hotel is huge construction site so beware. Breakfast was good, enough variety for a few days. Suite was clean and nice touch with toilet being separate from the bathroom. Extreme prices for beverages in the hotel lobby, watch out - you were warned!

LatviaThe staff. Every day there were new people at the reception and new roommaids who were a bit irresponsible. Several times did I ask at the reception to wake us up at 5.30 in the morning to go to the airport but alas this was not done. The receptionist said that he came at night and did know anything about it. Thank god we woke up by ourselves.Liquid soap in the bathroom was topped up and tea packets were refilled only after several calls to the reception. The dressing gowns and slippers were provided after several calls to the reception, too. We got the impression that you have to remind several times about the essentials which should be a must without asking for them several times.
New modern huge building with spacious rooms ,located not far from the centre, metro station is about 5 minutes walk. There are a lot of bars and shops with Nachmarkt nearby. A very good and varied breakfast not only with basic omlet and sausages but also with dairy products, lots of fruits ,vegetables and cakes.

SlovakiaIt was a great hotel! The beds and pillows were really very comfortable. Everything was clean. The walk to the city center was nice, around 15-20 minutes. The room had everything we needed. Small parking garage, and when we arrived, it was full. However, a staff member kindly let us in and allowed us to park in a bus space. 🙂
