Do not have a lif but the staff offered to carry our baggages up.

The place is outside from city, but is very close. The parking space is big so if you are driving, it is recommended for this place! Room is clean and cozy for such a price! Also staff is very friendly.

Wi-fi is very poor in the room. The windows don't have fly nets, so wasps and mosquitoes came in all the time. The shower is very small and the hot water is sometimes randomly changed to hand-warm. The house is close to a noisy route, so the traffic is loud in the evenings.

Very clean rooms, nice staff with good english speakers, big bed, good breakfast. Free coffee and tea all day.

The sun was a bit intense in the dome (due to transparent top) in the morning. also be aware that the lake and facilities are down the street (lovely beach access) but it’s about a 10 min walk.

Gorgeous surroundings, lovely staff, really nice food at hotel, very clean. I stayed in the dome and loved it (just be aware the bathroom and toilet are in the main building steps away)!

We could have used a fan for the heat (not that it wasn't really bad), and some toiletries would be nice.

An amazing place! We got a lovely room, wonderful breakfast with many different options that the staff was able to adjust to our needs, got to hang out with the alpacas and enjoy the Friday burger-afternoon in the yard. They have scooters for rent at a very good price, and the location is great- close to st. Wolfgang but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and it's a short walking distance from a nice (but crowded) beach at the lake.

Not a big deal, but the only thing I missed was another toilet 😊 We are a family of 5 and we had only one bathroom with a shower and toilets. It would be nice if they were separated.

The staff was very kind and the room was very comfortable and cosy. And of course the Alpacas and the ponies were so cute...

Laminated floors are super noisy if you’re traveling with a dog. Shower is small and looks already dated compared to everything else.

Very nice design,great personnel, well thought through facilities - a lot of stuff which can be rented, booked, etc. Nice touch that extra diaper bin was provided to us knowing we’re travelling with a kid. Free big parking is also a plus.

Stayed in the tiny.house, theres no private bathroom.

Great breakfast, Alchoholic drink provided. Beautiful countryside view. Wonderful nature close to the lake, very quiet. Friendly smiley staff. Cute ponies ❤️

No bathing soap or shampoo in bathrooms, you have to pick it up from common area which I found very odd. Only one pillow per person.

Breakfast was nice specially eggs. Close to cog rail station. Comfortable car park. View from room is also very nice

Maybe include air fresheners at the toilets :-) The wooden floor is making weird and squeaky noises without anyone walking around during the night as the temperature changes, we thought something is walking there the first night :-)

A nice family style hotel in a picturesque location, with kind and helpful staff and nice and clean rooms. Breakfasts were very good, from fresh and homemade ingredients. We enjoyed our stay very much. And of course the lamas! Very cute and we even got to pet one :-)
