IrelandOn the day of check out which is 12pm we got 2 knocks at our door (9.24am and 11.16am) which we did not appreciate and it kind of ruined the experience. Thought the hotel was expensive for what it was to be honest. Would not be returning here after the checking out knocks...
It is within walking distance of the train station which is great after long travel. Check In is quick and easy.

Norwayon booking it’s made to be very close to the train station. if you heavier luggage like we did, it’s not that close. so if you book a hotel only for its proximity to the train station, there are a lot better/closer/cheaper options. night time staff was not very helpful and nice.

IndiaI was overcharged with the reason that a baby needs to hv its own bed and hence I was forced to upgrade with a much higher price. How can a baby sleep in its own bed ? Also none of the other hotel chains in Austria & Germany had this policy only b&b. This is very disappointing.

IndiaI booked breakfast yesterday while checking in and no one told us that we can not pack the food while checking out as we had a train at 7:17am and food started at 6:30am. When we came out with all our bags and asked for a to-go box to pack the breakfast and leave they denied the food. The hotel manager misbehaved with my 78yrs old Father. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in my life. I want full refund of the money I paid for breakfast. Please take necessary action immediately and let me know.

North MacedoniaThe breakfast is a bit disappointing, there is no kitchen so there are only boiled eggs and regular things that don’t need cooking, no fried eggs, omelette or something similar. It was the same every day so it gets boring. The room was okay, however the shower gel was also a hand soap and a shampoo but it wasn’t good for any of this. There was stuck hair in the hair dryer and it looked really bad. Not good enough for the value paid.
The location is really close to the main station so getting around in town is really quick and easy. The beds were good and comfortable.

TurkeyThere is no slipper in the room and I asked from receptionist but she said they do not have. I think, in an international hotel slipper should be provided even it is not free. Nobody wants to add a pair of slippers into limited baggage. the fan in the bath and air conditioning unit are making continuous, sometimes awakening high noises. sum it up, it is not a pleasant stay for us.
the location of the hotel not bad, lt is close to public transportation. It possible to go everywhere about 20-25 minutes

Jordanthe staff were so arrogant and not helpful, I have stayed for 2 nights never seen a good receptionist the room has nothing, no cabinet , phone, complementary , coffee machine ( all 3 and 2 star hotels have these things) toiletry was not enough although we were 3 and paid a good amount of money but the hotel is So poor in the supplies. the Resturant is only for breakfast and it closes and has nothing to offer !!!

AustraliaAir conditioning, was advised due to winter the cooling feature was turned off, as its controlled by a central location, now now now that is pure socialism right there, as I said to staff member, some folks like warm some folks like cold even in winter and summer and so on, I went to room it was red hot even at 15 degrees, so was advised to turn off it, and open windows,.. now that kinda was not the best as 1st floor window could hear all the noise passing, another guest complained around 2am as I was coming home he was advised it was switched off at night, come it 2022, not 1822.. people are paying for Air conditioning cold/hot etc etc.. even booking.com mentions this so Booking staff if you are reading this update this please or force them to update this.. plus parking is away from the hotel in some dodgy car park which If you were a female I would be asking to be escorted by staff to and from the hotel. and no fridge in the room, fix those and I will come back...
