I requested a clothes iron from the lady at the front desk, but she informed me that it wasn't permitted to have irons in the rooms. Instead, I was instructed to iron my clothes in the reception area, which struck me as an unusual practice given that guests were checking in nearby.

The location is 12 minutes by foot to Hbf Central. Check-in was easy. Rooms have basic amenities. The price is pretty affordable for hotels in Vienna.

I really have no complaints at all... public transport is also close by if needed and even a grocery store 2 minutes walk away

the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, modern and perfect for a family stay. staff were friendly and parking was very convienient just a short walk to the hotel.

The main problem for me was the absence of restaurants in the vicinity. It's a 15-20 minutewalk to a street with many restaurants, but they're mostly chains which don't suit me. It's also a 10-15 minute walk to the business end of the station and the U-Bahn

The ventilator in the bathroom was turned on automatically and it was impossible to switch it off manually. It was very laut and particularly in the night very disturbing. There were no batteries in the remote control, so I didn't watch tv, but that was not so important for me.

The windows had only curtains that made the room dark had no daytime curtains the building opposite can see you in the room it was no much privacy unless you put the night curtains

Water cooker or coffee machine at the lobby would be something good to add. Small common space. Heater was terrible in the room. Carpet in the room is very uncomfortable and old fashioned.

It seems a new hotel in newly developed area of Vienna. The train station and the metro is on walking distance. Altough my room was on the street side it was quiet. The rooms are little bit small but large enough for few nights to stay.

Newly built hotel in nicely located area, not far from city center even walking through Belvdere park. Parking is in public garage, at the back of the hotel, at EUR 13 a day. Very helpful staff at reception.

Though the room is big enough B&B hotels could all use a bigger table or somewhere to put stuff. Each stay I run out of room on small table, need to lay out luggage items on the bed for much of stay. Breakfast too expensive.
