The beds were a little stiff, and the pillows were too fluffy so there was not such a good sleeping balance. However, we’ve seen way worse and still loved the stay.

Breakfast was delicious! The room was very accommodating, and super comfortable for my family. The view was great from the 6th floor.

There is no water kettle provided in the hotel. No water station in the hotel. Staff forgot to tidy up my room on the 3rd day.

I chose to stay near to the Vienna Train Station (but a little bit far from city centre) so that I could easily catch the train to the Vienna International Airport on the last day. I would say the hotel is considered very near to the train station - only 1 tram station away. You have to walk to the nearest tram stop which is Alfred-Adler-Straße and ride 1 stop to Hauptbahnhof Ost S stop and you could reach the platforms in Vienna Train Station very soon.

Excellent location travelling by train. Professional and smiley team, very helpful. Location guarantees good sleep as it's in a residential district. Very good breakfast, for any other meal there's plenty of restaurant at Wien Hauptbahnof complex or anywhere by public transport.

There were two things that were quite disturbing: 1. There was some noice coming from the bathroom, maybe it was the ventilation system. It wasn’t noisy all the time, the sounds just appeared for a very short time and very suddenly, which got us startled sometimes. It didn’t disturb our sleeping very much tho but I did wake up a couple of times because of it. 2. In the morning of our check-out, at around 9 am, someone barged into our room, saw us sleeping apparently, apologised and left the room. We don’t know who they were but I feel like those were cleaning ladies. That was weird tbh so not nice to experience such thing first thing in the morning.

The location is really good, you can find supermarkets nearby and it’s close to tram station. You can also have a short walk (10 mins) to the metro station or tram station that will get you to the bus terminal station. The people at reception are nice and welcoming, we were able to leave our luggage after the check-out, so all of your things will be kept safe. We had a large room with three beds and the room was clean and spacious. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were clean, and they also changed all of our towels to new ones. Overall, we really liked the cleanliness of the facilities.

Small (I am 189 cm tall) and not very comfortable beds. No closet in the room, only hangers alone. No possibility to brew coffee and tea in the room.

Great location, very friendly staff. Very clean and quiet in the hotel. Good breakfasts for the price (although monotonous). Close to grocery stores, tram stop and subway station.
