The pillows are a bit soft and flat. There is no safe in the room.

Great location near to the central station. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was -6 outside but the room was nice and warm with comfy beds and a warm duvet. The shower was nice and hot and plenty of room to move around. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. There are a couple of vending machines in reception selling chocolate, water, hot drinks etc which was useful. I liked that the rooms don’t have keys to get in but a 6 digit individual code instead which feels more secure.

All was good although I did see a huge price difference when booking for two seperate dates during the same week.

Easy trasfer to and from airport - perfect for a one night stay in between multiple flights.

there aren’t many restaurants / takeaways in close proximity of the hotel no kettle in room and there was only a hot drinks machine in the lobby

A little tricky to find as there are many apartment buildings surrounding the building.

This hotel is awesome! The room was very quiet and blackout curtains great. Very comfortable beds too. It was very convenient to the Vienna train station and short walking distance to public transportation.

Lovely modern and clean hotel.The staff were friendly and it’s a 3 minute walk to the main station, very easy to get around. You can walk to Belvedere palace in 10 minutes so great if you want to go to the museum or Christmas market.

The fridge would be nice in every room. And i would hope more accuracy for reservations, because they first ask pay and then i told that i have allready payed and they didnt had any informaations about that.
